I submitted a wrong report from another screen when I was using the online FTC website because they keep your reports on file and I accidentally printed and sent the wrong one not knowing that you have to create a new FTC Affidavit when referring to a different accountThis was a human mistake and it was not necessary for Experian to continue to try to claim that I purposely sent in a fraudulent Affidavit when I did notIt's hard enough fighting to keep my credit in tact; with identity fraud and yet to be treated wrongfully by one of the credit reporting agencies when you are trying to correct matters is highly unprofessional and inappropriate and I do not like being threatened by anyone let alone a company like Experian who is suppose to assist me professionally with matters such as this. Additionally, I have been working with a Detective in the Fraud Department here in *** *** so please stop trying to threaten me with an Affidavit that was wrongfully sent to youI admit it was my mistake. I have my correct documentation and Experian can contact the FTC using my my *** ***. Also, I am not disputing the *** *** accountI was disputing their credit inquiries for March and January I never requested credit from them for these inquiries to be listed on my credit reportExperian is misunderstanding the nature of my disputeIt's about the inquiries -- not about the account. The account is mine and I am not disputing the account for *** ***I am disputing the inquiries.I have also filed several valid and correct police reports that lists the names of the person(s) that stole my identity and I have provided all this information to all credit reporting agenciesI also filed Civil and Criminal charges and was awarded judgments against the person(s) as well and I sent that information to the credit bureaus as well. No one should have to go through all this to be mistreated by a credit reporting agency and that is exactly what Experian is doingPay attention to the information and stop trying to overlook that people can make a mistakeIt's alot to deal with when someone steals your identity and you have no idea how it happened, so dealing with that is more than enough for me right now and all I am trying to do is remove wrong accounts
Thank you,
