The company in question has been informed that I question their statement that they ahvbe investigated their claim that they investigated the credit notation involving *** *** *** but as I have sent the credit reporting company evidence that the amount allegedly owed and *** and I have come to an agreement and they continue to not send me a updated credit reportI have a right to am updated report and the *** *** item permanently removed from the report because EQUIFAX had been reporting the item incorrectly with complete negligence in my opinion for over a yearIn addition I am a party to the recent *** *** *** *** *** security breach and therefore should get a copy of my personal credit report sent to me immediately at no cost.I had reported the issue to the credit reporting agency in reference to *** *** and I am attempting to determine if the matter has been resolved and corrected on my credit report or if thiord parties have to be brought in to professionally influence the credit reporting agency to comply with federal lawRemove the *** issue immediately and send me a copy of the report as the prior report reuest was obtained in reference to an ongoing item that was incorrectly reported and this specifi

I’m not quite sure of what Experians response is to my complaint I’m not understanding what they are going to do,if anything I would like these items removed I have asked for verification/validation/proof/my signature that gives Experian the right to put information on a credit report, with no proof other then the credit furnisher says so I demand the removal of these items
