Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I receive two copies of the adjusted reportBoth dated the same day November 23rdOne said that the bankruptcy items were deleted, the other said the bankruptcy items were updated and would remain on my report until June This would be years after the discharge date of the bankruptcyBy law it must be removed years after the filing date of the bankruptcy which was in July So it should have been removed from my report in July Please review your report again and ensure that these items are removed Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Experian exposed my data to hackers Experian's notice letter recommends a credit freeze with the three bureaus This is clearly a necessary step to prevent misuse of the hacked information Experian says they are "not able" to reimburse the cost of what they recommend I do (credit freeze) Their letter provide no explanation whatsoever for why they are unable to do this It is a curious thing why they can't reimburse this fee I would appreciate an actual explanation Regards, [redacted] ***
