The information I did reach only once was a credit report that says verified and/or accurate in which that was not what I asked forI do not fell that that proper research is being done to verify the debt in which this is what I am asking to be done Regards, [redacted]

Dear Revdex.com:Our office recently received your correspondence of July 27, regarding the above mentioned consumer's rebuttal of our response to her complaintAn Initial Security Alert has been added to the consumer's credit report on June 24, This message, which will expire after days, alerts Credit grantors to verify the Consumer's identification in case someone is using their information without their consent.We are Currently investigating the information with which the consumer disagreesUpon completion of this process, we will provide the results of our investigation directly to the consumer.When a consumer disputes the accuracy or completeness of information on the personal credit report and tells us specifically why they believe the information is inaccurate or incomplete, we process the dispute as required by lawWe contact the furnisher of the information or the vendor that collected the information from a public record source such as a court or other government office either electronically or by US MailWe ask the furnisher or the vendor to conduct a thorough and complete investigation to verify all of the information regarding the disputed item, and report back within the time frame required by lawWe review and consider the response to determine whether to accept it, reject it, or follow up for additional informationIf, after processing, we find that the disputed information is inaccurate, incomplete or cannot be verified, we then delete that information, or modify that information, as appropriate, based upon the dispute and the results of our processingIf we do not receive a response from the furnisher or the vendor within the required period, we update the item as requested or delete the information, In some instances, upon reviewing the credit file and any relevant information submitted to us, we are able to determine whether the disputed information should be changed or deleted without having to contact the furnisher or the vendorInvestigations can take as long as days to reach a conclusionAfter we complete our processing, we send the Consumer the results.In addition to the consumer's right to dispute information in the credit file with the credit reporting agencies, the Consumer also has the right to dispute information in the credit report directly with the furnisher of the information.According to the Credit Reporting Act(FCRA) a consumer credit reporting agency's role in the dispute process is to review the accuracy and completeness of any disputed item which may include contacting the furnisher of the information or the vendor that collected the information from a public record source, such as a court or other government office, notifying them of the disputed information and disclosing all relevant information regarding the Consumer's disputeIn order to help resolve the Consumer's dispute, Experian will review all relevant documents submitted by the consumer with the dispute and will forward such documents to the furnisher if Experian is unable to resolve the issue based on those documentsConsumers may also contact Creditors directly to dispute items reported by the CreditorIf the issue is not resolved, then the consumer Credit reporting agency must offer to include a consumer statement on the personal Credit report.if the consumer questions the results of the dispute process, then they may want to contact the furnisher of the information directly or review the original information in the public recordPlease refer to the original personal credit report for the furnisher or public records office name, address, and phone number (if available).Experian strives to achieve a high level of customer service for all the consumers they assistLet me assure you that Experian takes its Commitment to efficient, expeditious service seriouslyThank you for allowing me to assist youPlease contact our office if you have any questions
