Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The issue is not the classification of the appropriate issueThe issue lies within the Online IT solution coming up short in terms of handling exceptions outside of those specific disputes In my example, a business had pulled my credit excessively and immediately realized the mistake They have provided the credit bureau with the proper certified, notarized, letter head asking to remove the inquiries listed When the creditor did not remove my inquiry, I was attempting to provide them the documentation a second time so they can properly remove this They do not allow the option online, so I got on the phone with customer service and was told that they did not have any drop box, e-mail address, or other corresponding means for me to get them the notarized letter they required They did not provide me with a fax option, they only allowed me to spend my own money to provide them, AGAIN, with the letter they already have so they can remove the inquiries After that fact, the customer service agent was rude, and refused to allow me to file a formal complaint over the phone or speak to an immediate supervisor to get the matter resolved Having to resubmit the paperwork again is not a proper solution, nor is it proper to not allow the free online solution to upload and have the company review it Regards, [redacted]
