I give the 3rd party [redacted] authorization to handle any and all complaints on my behalf.
RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Just as Experian stated, "According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), a national consumer credit reporting agency's role in the dispute process is to review he accuracy and completeness of any disputed item which may include contacting the furnisher of the information or the vendor that collected the information from a public record source, such as a court or other government office, notifying them of the disputed inforrnation and disclosing all relevant information tre consurner's dispute."Experian stated that they reviewed the accuracy and completeness of any disputed item, but have yet to show me a signed agreement or at least an application for this account to show when this account was opened. It is evident that Experian would not have this information because I have proof that [redacted] does not have it. Another give away that this account has not been verified for accuracy and completeness is how it is reporting differently on Equifax then it is on Experian. Therefore this account should legally be removed from my credit report because it is a fraud account as I have stated multiple times. Finally, Experian did not address the fraud inquiries that showed up on my credit report September 27, 2017 from Experian Business Cred and Yellowstone which I had also brought up in the last compliant. It is interesting how those inquiries show up on my report even though I had a fraud alert on my account and instructions in those regards. Therefore those two inquiries should be removed as well because I was never contacted by those companies nor given permissible purpose to put a pull on my credit. Regards, [redacted]
