OMG!...I did not initiate another dispute! I simply requested that expirian removed a comment I pulled my report from expirian after getting another runaround, I noticed the red comment about dispute I in no way requested a dispute My complaint is about the fact that expirian has described an account is under investigation to my lender The dispute was filed in JULY! Comments made to my lender included that a creditor did not respond, so the dispute was still ongoing I have filed my complaint with the FTC Perhaps then these added comments will be removed I also intend now to contact the ** attorney generals office, and encourage them to join ***, and *** case over these same issues
