August 14, 2017, Experian deleted items that I disputed and sent the dispute results to meThen on August 21, I pulled my Experian report so I could have a copy of my updated report confirming the deletions Experian made but the items that were supposed to be deleted were still on my reportSo I called Experian on August 21, and spoke with a customer service rep and he stated that Experian made a mistake and the items were reinsertedI told him this was against the federal law because under FCRA 611(a)(5)(B), three things must happenthe party requesting reinsertion must provide a Certification of Accuracy to the CRA alomg with their request for reinsertionThe CRA must accept the sufficiency of the Certification If the CRA reinserts, they must send the consumer (me) written notification within business days of the reinsertionto tis date I have not received any written notification of reinsertion or ant documentation that these items belong to meI asked the rep to send me what documentation they have and they sated that someone went to the courthouse to get the informationwhich is a lie because the courts DO NOT give any information to the CRAsHow can Experian delete items from my report and then reinsert them without any written notification to the consumerThat is a clear violation of the FCRAI demand these items be deleted
