[This reply is not a statement for my credit report. A bankruptcy does not have anything to do with credit reporting if it is dismissedI have already fought and won this with other credit reporting agenciesIf you do not remove, I will proceed with small claims court and beyond because Experian has caused me to be declined for credit due to multiple bankruptcies, most recently ***I have the supporting evidence I will provide to the court stating this was the reason for the declineThe bankruptcy case was dismissed based on an error out of my control, and the filing attorney and bankruptcy court will testify on my behalf of not my errorI was assured the first case (dismissed) would not become part of my credit bureauThank you for acknowledging I filed a disputeBased on the lack of investigation on why the case was dismissed, this will further my case against Experian. A bankruptcy only applies to credit if it is discharged or has a meeting of creditorsMy case never past the filing stageNo creditors were notified from that filing I was planning to file. You have my information if you want to feel free to correct the credit report and contact meIf not, please reply to the Revdex.com and *** cases.]
