consumer's rebuttal of our response to her complaint
Our records indicate that *** *** account# *** presently appears on the
consumer's current Experian credit report as Paid in FullAdditionally, the current credit report
indicates that at the time of full payment the account was in the process of being foreclosedThe
current Experian credit report does not indicate that foreclosure proceedings were completed
(foreclosed)
Our records indicate we have disputed this account with *** *** on seven separate
occasions dating back to May of We received documentation from the consumer dated
October 13, that included a letter from *** *** indicating that a clerical error had
been made and *** would be notifying the credit bureaus to correct the account Unfortunately
this letter did not describe the specific correction that needed to be madeWe disputed the account
with the *** *** describing the letter and requesting an update on 10/22/***
*** responded that the account was Paid in Full and had been Foreclosed (foreclosure

At the request of the consumer, we contacted the *** *** by telephone on 11/23/
We obtained verbal confirmation that the account had not been foreclosed however foreclosure

indicate the same: Foreclosure Proceedings Started I Paid in Full
We have investigated the account on more occasions, 09/18/and 10/17/In each
instance the creditor confirmed: Foreclosure Proceedings Started I Paid in Full
Today I contacted the creditor by telephone, unfortunately they are unable to discuss the account with
me without the consumer's authorization
