Dear Revdex.com:complaint ID # ***Our office recently received your correspondence of September 2017, regarding the above-mentioned consumer's rebuttal of our response to their complaint. If a bankruptcy was dismissed or withdrawn, it appears on the consumer's personal credit report because every action that relates to credit may become part of credit historySo even though the court did not allow the filing of the bankruptcy or bankruptcy did not go through, the fact that the case was documented allows it to appear on the personal credit report.According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Section (d)(1), if a bankruptcy is withdrawn before a final judgment "the consumer reporting agency shall include in the report that such case waswithdrawn. The bankruptcy dismissed/withdrawn status will remain on the consumers Experian credit report for seven years from the filing date.Thank you for allowing me to assist youPlease contact our office if you have any questions.Sincerely,

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. I seems like the investigation to my complaint has not been completed, so I will wait a little longer to allow for a thorough investigationI also reject the notion that how they verify information on my consumer credit report is proprietaryThe FCRA specifically states this as a right of the customer because if there is an inaccuracy the consumer is given an opportunity to correct itI cannot do this if I do not know where it is coming fromFor all I know Experian could be making up records and adding information which I cannot investigation which is in violation of the FCRALastly, the new Julylaw states that in order for public records to be reported it must contain certain informationExperian has not yet confirmed that it is reporting data in alignment with this lawThe information must be name, DOB , address or SSNAs a consumer I need know who finished Experian with this information, because all of the other reporting agencies state that they did not along with the court in my stateThis tells me Experian is either knowing reporting information or is not completing a fair and valid investigationThe FCRA also states that information that cannot be validated be deleted after daysCredit Reporting agencies are not allotted more timeI would like Experian to comply with the FCRA and delete this un-validation public record as they admitted in their response that they have not yet validated itIf they are able to after this time period then it can be re-added by the creditor as long as the consumer received days noticeAll this in spelled out in the FCRA and I demand Experian comply with it

I reached out to Experian a month ago regarding a block being put on a credit report so my credit can not be pulled and they advised me that they will see to it that it gets doneI am a victim of identity theft and someone got ahold of my personal information so now im trying to clean things upExperian once again allowed fraud attempts for credit within this pass weekOne from *** *** that was pulled on 7-19-and One from *** ***These attempts were done in ** and I live in **This fraud caused my score to drop and I need for Experian to fix thisI wrote them before regarding my credit being pulled and I was suppose to get a phone call before anyone took a look at my credit to a number on my fraud alertI never was called I only received alerts my credit was pulled, so yes I am angry and want these inquiries deleted.Desired Outcome: I want the inquiries removed that was done fraudulently in ** *** *** ** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** ***

July 26, 2016Revdex.com Serving San Diego, Orange and Imperial Counties Viewridge Ave., #200San Diego, CA 92123** *** *** *** ** *** ***Dear:Our office recently received your correspondence of July 15, regarding the above mentioned consumer's
personal credit report. We have mailed a current credit report directly to the consumer for review. We are currently investigating the information with which the consumer disagreesUpon completion of this process, we will provide the results of our investigation directly to the consumes. The risk score is a mathematical summary of the credit history using sophisticated statistics and mathematical equations to calculate the summaryNumerical values are assigned to various pieces of information in a credit report, resulting in the risk scoreThe risk score changes over time as a consumer continues to develop their credit history, and may change from day to day as credit history is updated. The interpretations of risk scores differ according to the need and requirements set by the various credit grantors, and may indeed vary on a daily basisSimilarly, different credit grantors can view the same risk score differently, depending on their experiences with other consumers scoring in the same range, their marketing plans, their business niche and many other factorsExperian is not privy to the values assigned to the information appearing on a consumer's credit reportThat information would be considered proprietary to the credit grantor.Common questions that many consumers have regarding their credit scores are "why didn't my score go up?" or "what can I do to make my score go up?" For example, you might ask if closing two installment accounts would improve your credit scoreWhile this question may appear to be easy to answer, there are many factors to considerSimply closing two accounts not only lowers the number of open installment accounts (which generally will improve your score) but it also lowers the total number of all open accounts (which generally lowers your score).Furthermore, such an action will affect the average age of all accounts that could either raise or lower your scoreAs you can see, one seemingly simple change actually affects a large number of items on your credit reportTherefore, it is impossible to provide an accurate assessment of how one specific action will affect your credit scoreA credit score is based entirely on the information found on your personal credit reportAny change to your credit report could affect your score. For these reasons, the score cannot be "disputed"However, if there is information appearing on a credit report that is believed to be inaccurate or incomplete, we are able to investigate that specific informationInaccurate information on the credit report could possibly be the cause of an inaccurate SCOTE.If there is additional information appearing on a credit report that is believed to be inaccurate or incomplete, we must have a specific disputeWe are unable to investigate inaccurate information on the credit report without knowing which item or account is inaccurate along with the specific nature of the inaccuracyPlease specify the item(s) or account name(s) and number(s) along with the specific dispute(s).Experian strives to achieve a high level of customer service for all the consumers they assistLet me assure you that Experian takes its commitment to efficient, expeditious service seriouslyThank you for allowing me to assist youPlease contact me directly if you have any questions.*** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ***
