Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I am not necessarily totally rejecting their offerPlease read the following :
11/09/
I opened and read the new message
from the Revdex.comI have twice called *** *** at the number listed in the
messageNo answer from her, so I have left messages with herPlease do not
close this case until I hear back from herAlso, at this point in time it is
my wish that I also be re-reimbursed for the $in postage that I have spent
trying to resolve this issue, plus the original dollarsToday (11/09/17) I
received another letter in the mail from POBox 9701, Allen Texas, dated
11/03/stating that my check was not cashedThis has a new case #
***These people seem not to be getting the messageI hope at some
point Miss *** calls me back so we can try to resolve this problem
11/13/
*** *** made
phone contact with me on Friday, 11/10/I explained my position to her
concerning the fact that I would also like to have at least $in postage
that I have spent trying to close this issue, in addition to the original
dollars for the check that supposedly was not cashedShe said that the person
that she needed to talk to was out of the office that day, and that she would
call me back on MondayI waited until approximately 2:pm Monday and still
had not heard from her, so I called her phone and got no answer, so left a
message to call me backAlso, today I received another letter in the mail from
Experian, NCAC, Box 9554, Allen TXdated 11/08/stating that my check had not been cashed
(file # 0988-9136-16) I now have in my possession separate letters stating
that Experian did not cash my check and numerous other letters saying if I send
money, they will freeze my accountIt is apparent to me that the individuals
that have opened the different letters that I have mailed out are not paying
attention to the documents that accompany the lettersIt seems that I will
wait more to hear from ***Since it is now after 5pm in Allen TXit would
seem that *** is not going to call today. Please do not close this claim yetThank you, *** ***Bottom of Formhh
