Express management is good team and they know how to find right tenets l been working with them last 5 years.
Once my tenets move out he has a good team and they know how to find right tenets fast.
They are always looking out for owners making sure bring good tenets so far I don't have to worry about it all I am so busy with my job and family's ones I purchase new house I just text address and escrow closing date and he find tenets on time.

we manage for this investment group and have always selected the best quality tenants with no problems. there are disgruntled tenants with bad credit , evictions and dont qualify that have put bad reviews on the internet. our job is to get the best qualified tenants ...not the worst . we shall continue to provide fair service to both tenants and landlords .

I am a Real Estate Agent and with all the training we receive, I thought that I would have no problem renting my property. Boy, was I wrong. It takes a different set of skills to be able to successfully manage a property - or, should I say, tenants. I came to Rick when I had a serious dilemma on my hands. Within one week, my tenants were out of the home and then shortly after, he found a wonderful family that has been there ever since. It's going on almost 6 years now, and I could not be happier with the tenants that Rick and Express Realty placed in my home. Other than an occasional visit to the property (like 1-2 a year, which includes visiting on Christmas Eve to drop off a present to my wonderful tenants), I don't ever worry about the property. The tenants take care of the property like its their own. Whenever I come across someone looking to rent their property, I always refer them to Express Realty.

I met this client in the eviction court . I noticed he was latino and had a big problem with a tenant. I gave him some advice and offered my services. I manage several properties for him and I took out all the bad flakey tenants and put in a+ tenants. he has not been to eviction court since. we are glad to be of service.

We have been working with Rick G for a couple of years now, and he has demonstrated to us that he is very professional and competent.
