I received an order from Fame & Partners that did not fitI started the return process under my account on their website and misunderstood their return processI was waiting to receive a return form after selecting that I wanted to return the item, I received an auto message that they were going to get back to me as soon as possibleI didn't hear anythingNow it's been days since I received my dress and they are refusing to let me send it backI understand they have a policy but this was clearly a misunderstanding When I've been trying to email the costumer service they respond with pre written messages and will not take the time to actually help meI order a lot online and this is by FAR the worst customer service I have ever experienced Never ever order from F&PI've heard a loooot of people having issues with the return process and their refundsIt's such a shame since they have really nice dresses

As shown in the above attachments the complainant only paid $for the order in question, upon recognizing the oversight she was refunded the full $though the complainant should only have received a refund of $as outlined in our return guidelinesThe complainant did not pay $for
the order and was refunded more than what was due to the complainant

I ordered my dress two weeks ago and was under the impression that I would receive the dress in 7-business daysEvery time I have contacted Fame and Partners, they extend the date to which I should get my dressI ordered it for my senior prom that is in days and I still don't have the dressI spent $on a dress and do not have the extra money to go buy another oneTheir customer service is horrible and will not answer my emails or questionsI will never order from them again and expect a full refund in a timely fashion

Customer service is awfulTrying to get a response takes a day or two if you're luckyTheir "Chat with a live representative" doesn't workI returned a product and have still not gotten a refund in over a month
