We have responded to the complainant and provided documentation of the refund. The refund was made directly back to the form of payment used at time of purchase. Per the attachment on my previous response, I contacted Fame and Partners on [redacted] to inquire about the return and did not get resolution until the Revdex.com was notified on the May **. It is true that the refund came on May **, but that was after many attempts to get a resolution. The dismissive attitude of Fame and Partners is insulting.

I included my receipt for postage in the box with the dress.On August **, 2015, I received only a refund of the dress itself (value $249). I was not refunded the return shipping, and I was not provided with an explanation for why I was not refunded the return shipping.

This business is the sketchiest business I have ever ordered from. They have little to none customer service and I can never get information out of them if I do get ahold of them. I ordered a dress from this website and the site made it seem like my dress would be shipped in 2 days and at my house within 5 business days. Wrong. I waited a few days, but finally I contacted fame and partners. And when I say contacted, I mean I called them 3 times and sent 5 emails to them over the course of 2 days. I finally got through to someone in charge of their [redacted] page and they told me that my dress would be SHIPPED in 7-14 business days. My prom is 4 days away and I have no dress. This is the most stressful experience. People need to know how the business is ran and this is a warning to stay away from this website.

HOWEVER, I must inform you that they never notified that the refund had been approved and being processed as they said I would notified every time I contacted them. The only notification I received was from [redacted] that I had that pending transaction. I also find it extremely coincidental that the day I decide to file the complaint is the day they take action on my refund. They are truly unprofessional and should not be in business. As I mentioned previously, I did some research and found various unhappy customers online that were going through the same experience. I am positive that your forwarded complaint to them was the reason I received my money, therefore I thank you, very much!!

I received an order from Fame & Partners that did not fit. I started the return process under my account on their website and misunderstood their return process. I was waiting to receive a return form after selecting that I wanted to return the item, I received an auto message that they were going to get back to me as soon as possible. I didn't hear anything. Now it's been 33 days since I received my dress and they are refusing to let me send it back. I understand they have a policy but this was clearly a misunderstanding.
When I've been trying to email the costumer service they respond with pre written messages and will not take the time to actually help me. I order a lot online and this is by FAR the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Never ever order from F&P. I've heard a loooot of people having issues with the return process and their refunds. It's such a shame since they have really nice dresses.

Review: I ordered 3 dresses from the company $836 US dollars worth.

I received no e-mail to tell me about confirmation, no e-mail about shipping or dispatching. I waited 2 weeks and then eventually e-mailed them and they responded to say it was on the way. Fine

I then was charged a tax of £13 uk sterling, I had asked them explicitly before if taxing would occur and was told that it would not. However I understand that companies tax to the UK and could have accepted this.

My dresses finally arrived, and all were too small, I am able to provide measurements of myself if necessary and how I chose the correct size. I couldn't even attempt to do the dresses up and I am a mid range US size 4.

This is where I began my interaction with there customer services department, where my e-mails were vaguely and lately replied to. I was then told I could not have all my dresses refunded even though they were falsely advertised

I explained this and they finally gave in and said I could. I went to send the dresses today and am being charged $94 US dollars for my (UK post office national price) air mail package due to the weight.

I e-mailed the company to contest this and they said they would cover $8 of my returning package.

The return is half the price of an item, I'm losing a hell of a lot of money for an absolutely awful company!

Please help meDesired Settlement: All I want is to exchange one dress for a size up, return the other two and be refunded and not have to pay an extortionate amount to return that all clothing companies cover!!!!

Review: My daughter bought 2 prom dresses in the same style in 2 sizes from Fame and Partners. They announce "Free Returns" all over their website. On their FAQ the first paragraph says you can return dresses, the second says they must have tags etc. The third and fourth paragraphs do state that if you bought 2 sizes or two styles you can't return it. But, we did not continue to read these conditions. Instructions on returns come with the purchase and involve emailing the company. My daughter exchanged several emails notifying them that she was returning the dress. They did not notify her that it was not possible until they had the dress in their possession. She has several friends who have been victimized by their misleading advertising. Essentially she has paid twice the price for the dress. As the company only sells formal wear, a second formal dress is not needed.Desired Settlement: I want money refunded for the dress that was returned.
