Upon receiving this complaint, we reviewed the account and show
that the consumer first placed their order on March 3, Due to
discoloration of the item, the consumer then contacted us for a replacement
which was processed on March 23,
On October 9, the consumer
contacted us again in regards to discoloration on the same number and requested
another replacement itemDue to our day timeframe to claim a damaged
product, the consumer’s second request for a replacement was denied
We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience this has caused
and for the delay in resolution At this
time we have processed a full refund for the damaged item and will not require
the consumer to return the productWe have also issued a $Fan Cash
credit which can be used towards a future purchase with usWe have provided
this resolution via phone call to the customer
We greatly appreciate the feedback and will escalate the
information to the appropriate department for further review, as we are always

Hello *** *** and the Revdex.com of North Florida, We apologize sincerely for any confusion regarding the refundThe refund was issued on 10/22/at 11:AM. It was issued back to the *** ending in ***. The total value of the refund was $48.04, which was the total value charged at checkout on 10/10/2016. The refund can take up to business days to reflect back to the account, depending on the Financial Institution and their standard refund policies and time frames. We feel that the credit should at least show as pending at this point with the bank, and we urge the consumer to reach out to his Financial Institution for further information about when he can expect that refund to reflect in his accounts. leave our facility until December 22, as most of the items ordered had a
