FB Doors company and the installation crew came on time, did an excellent job installating the hurricane impact windows in my house in 2 days. Neighbors stopped by to ask about the product as they were impressed with the quality and the look of these windows.
Excellent from start to finish. Carlos did a great job in the sales phase, answering all of my questions and keeping me updated on installation progress. The installation took place a few days ahead of schedule, and they were very professional and kept mess/dust in my home to a minimum. The finished product is well finished and looks very sharp. Just to informed you: FBdoors impact windows and door company operating in Miami is one of the most untrusted and dismissive company that I know. Let me explain for you to understand the facts of why I'm doing this review: Back in 9/28/2019 I sign a contract. It was promised that the installation will be in 12/2019 and that the project will be starting with my sliding door because is the one I needed the most, I told them to take more time but to start without delayed by January, well ...the first contact after the signature of the contract was on Wednesday 3/11/2020 at this time they rush me to get an appointment in same week and I told them to come in Friday 3/13/2020 and I remind them to bring the sliding door first to start the project. Well they came at 10 am Friday without the sliding door at that moment I ask the crew to please send for my sliding door to be install at least that day, when the crew call office they told them that the door could not be send that day and to pick up their things and leave. They left and I lost my day of work after I ask to be off to be present during installation. Even though they took 6 month to contact me for the installation for my surprise I got an Email from my seller mentioning that because a cancel the installation there will be a charge of $650.0. Next day I called the company and after I told them what happened and that I never told the crew to leave for the day, he told me that because I request the door and the door was not available they left and that I have to pay for that loss workday and they will not installed my windows till I pay the $650 and quote "that's the position of our company". Later that Saturday I got a call about the contract and there was not mention of the sliding door to be first, I told him that the seller and the lady that place the order where very aware. But his reply was that they guide themselves by the contract in other words they don't care what their own employees promise to the customer they only fallow what's in the contract. The way this guy talk to customer is unprecedented these company is run by bulling costumers and get as much money as they can with complete disregard of costumer. Funny is that the company reviews *** answer by the owner that was not able to talk to me after this incident. FYI my project was expensive and they still didn't care to address the issue. I'm a real customer and I'm still waiting for installation of my windows.

We were sorry to learn about your experience with FB Doors Corp. For this reason, we would like to share the following information to refute the allegations made against us.
- You entered into a Contract for Services with FB Doors Corp on September 28, 2019. As you can see in the attached copy approved and signed by you, there is no detail about the material delivery date or start date of installation. As well as by which opening the installation should begin.
As both dates depend on the Permit Approval of your City Building Department and the Manufacturer's ETA delivery schedule, they are not detailed as part of the agreement.
For purposes of information, your Building Permit was approved on December 02, 2019, and your PGT Windows and Door were delivered to our warehouse on February 27, 2020.
- With reference to your request about the start location, let us describe how the project develops. At the beginning of the installation phase, once the date has been agreed by the customer, the organizational chart is drawn up to be followed by the team/s assigned to the project.
For which various parameters are considered, such as the number of doors and windows to be installed, location, and amount of people installing.
Usually, we adapt to the needs of our clients, however, in other situations we look for an intermediate solution. Such was the case in your project, that two teams would begin with removal of the existing windows and preparation of the openings to receive the new ones. Then, one of the teams would continue with the installation of new windows and the other with the installation of the Sliding Glass Door.
Allowing the installation in the aforementioned way would have been a coordinated and efficient process. However, the installation was interrupted by you caused the two teams to withdraw
from your property and generated to our company additional unforeseen expenses.
Given the impact that this can have, we have adapted our documentation and we will make sure to communicate this very clearly to future clients.
FB Doors Corp has every desire to address your needs and provide the best solution available to resolve your issues as soon as possible. After your approval, we will proceed to conclude this project according to the contract signed.
Due to the current outbreak of coronavirus disease (COVID-19), our installation services are expected to encounter some delays. We will install according to the availability of personnel and material, following a schedule, to complete every project and be prepared for the next one.
Therefore, we request your patience and cooperation in this regard.

The statement from the company is complete lie I cant belief that they are telling me that I cancel the order! They cancel the order when I Ask them about the sliding door clearly look that the product was not in their possession and for that reason they pick everything and left my hose. Very untrustfull company even now they keep diniend and miss leading the consumers. Don't use this company.
The whole process was fast, precisely done, clean and professionally executed; The finish is outstanding and they even retouched the paint were they worked, my house made a beautiful change...
I was really surprised... that this kind of service really exists....

I had the privilege to get to know and work with the people from FB Windows. I'm very happy with how my new windows look and also I want to say Thank you to all the team especially to Rafael Castillo who is the field supervisor and also to Emilio and Emilio, who were the installers. Those 2 guys are so amazing, hard workers and extremely detail oriented. If I had my own company I'd hire them in The spot. They put the company name very high. It was a pleasure for me having them in my house installing my new windows.
I installed a design on the front door just what I wanted I recommend to anyone interested in installing impact windows and doors this company is very efficient and professional.
My house was very beautiful, the doors and windows have transformed all the rooms into spices with the sliding door that gives us access to the patio and pool. The finishes are excellent and the execution has been neat, clean and fast.

Great company and fantastic workmanship! They showed up on time and stayed all day. They cleaned up after themselves very well! Hard working crew. The detail work was perfect! The supervisor Jose was here everyday overseeing it all and making sure we were happy.
