I have had an horrible experience with the installation of my impact doors and windows. They are not even done and the service is poor. The workers have been late and in 3 days I have only had done 4 windows and 2 doors. I was given a time frame of 3 days which now is unknown. The office never gives you a straight answer and don't even ask for a supervisor because they are never there. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Instead of sending a team each day, I only get 2 employees at a time. They only do doors one day and windows the other. At the rate I am going my windows and doors will be done maybe by Christmas. I have to put one star but they don't deserve any at all.

So far everything is on schedule and the staff at FB Doors is very helpful and friendly.

I am happy and grateful with FB Doors, very few company out there have the capacity to perform such a good job. Beginning with the installation crew, the technical support when need to resolve an issue, the supervision, and the finish work. Highly recommend FB Doors. Not all the process was perfect, but from 1 to 10 I would give them a 9. At the end, very happy with the results, specialty the installation process, very professional, very focused on all the details, they keep everything clean and the esthetic finish was perfect.

I will be finding a Legal solution against this company after one year of Terrible service and Zero accountability exercising NO WARRANTIES in their products. A year ago, I purchase a PGT sliding door for my patio. Although they were several challenges they finished the door. I was very pleased from the outcome. I gave them 5 Starts in a previous Revdex.com+ review. This door is supposed to be the TOP of the CLAS$$$ from PGT, after several weeks the right door handle started to fall apart. We called several times FBDoors and after more than tons of email and calls they finally sent someone to tell me that this was supposed to be a PGT factory problem. Since I notice that I did was not getting anywhere with FBDoors I decided to contact PGT directly. For more than 4 months I have been dealing with PGT to get a resolution. Is unbelievable that you build a Hurricane door with Mickey Mouse handles and parts. PGT... yes the windows and frame are tough but the latches and handles are made out of poor material and Engineering ......Don't get cut in the marketing that PGT is the best door this only translate into paying more. Neither FBdoors nor PGT has been able to resolve this matter YET. FBDoors is very unprofessional to the point that they never called me or follow up to find out if my problem was ever resolved.

I just recently had all of my doors and windows replaced with Impact Resistant. I was very pleased with their work. They repaired any damages that possibly occurred during installation and left my house in perfect condition. They were professional and courteous. I highly recommend FB Doors.
