My advice to future customers when given the quote compare apples to apples and bananas to bananas, because other companies will under-beet but the will the quality be the same?

You can buy a car for a certain trip, a Jaguar or a Ford, both can take to your destination but the quality of the ride be the same? This is quality...

This company has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I'm giving the company a one star review because they don't let me give you a zero star review. I have been having problems with the door I bought from them on September 21st 2017 (the of the installation day) since I bought the door and windows for my entire house, I was never satisfied with the way the door is closing, you have to slam the door so it can close. The door handle get loose ALL the time because I have to slam the door, I'm pretty sure all the components inside will have problems later on. I tried getting in contact with a manager to get everything fix and they always give me the run around, very dishonest people, every time you call? "Manager is at lunch, or busy" like what type of customer service is that? Horrible. The manager that was there before they replaced the whole staff was Joselin, she always gave me the run around, she used to said "I will call you back" and never did. I'm guessing she is not there because of that and the lack of customer service BUT the NEW staff is the same! They NEVER call you back! The manager seems to be lost! The glass from my main door, the one that doesn't close properly, the glass cracked 2 months later after the installation! So I called so they can replace the glass and it took ONE YEAR OF CALLING SO THEY CAN address the issue! So after a year someone came and installed the new glass, after another 3 months of the new glass being installed? The glass came with problems, glass looks that it has scratches on the inside because it has the "frozen" design. So I have been calling, calling and calling, showing up at their office and nothing, away gave me the run around. So they finally "ordered" after 7 months of calling and all of that. The glass came broke from the manufacture (PGT), so they said "no problem they will re order the glass for you", I took them another 2 more months to finally come install the glass, so another two more months of calling and calling and calling, so when the glass finally came? IT HAD THE WRONG SIZE! It was smaller! Like are you serious! I have to missed work because they only come on Saturday! I has been 2 years with this problem and nothing! They ordered the new glass again on October 15 and the manager said it was going to be ready to installed 2 weeks from now. And today is September 18th 2019 and nothing has been done. They scheduled an appointment for this Saturday that just past to install it, and never came or called me. I'm tired of this company already and now I'm having problems with the windows! They are changing colors! WHO CAN HELP ME TO FIX THIS PROBLEM? I PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR THIS WINDOWS AND DOOR! I'm really tired of all this I didn't buy something cheap to be having problems, I bought the PGT windows and doors because "those are the best, with the best quality and be warranty" but I don't see it! And FBDOORS is HORRIBLE, I will NEVER recommend that place not even to my worst enemies.
