ThursdayMy trash was picked up on January 11thAfter numerous calls to Red River, it was finally picked up again on February 7thIt was NOT picked up on the next scheduled pickup day, February 9thI received an automated call on Friday, February 10th saying it would be collected before the end of the day on Saturday.Today is Tuesday, February 14th and the receptacle is still waiting to be emptied

Our SrAccountant is preparing the paperwork for the $refund and I will be sure and get the refund check out the 1st of next week

Due to our processing backlog, we are currently taking a couple of weeks to fully process a customer's refund. We do show a submitted check request dated 1/30/that is in process of being refunded

I show that the account has been cancelled and a credit for missed services issued to the account

The refund check was issued on 4/10/

The account balance has been adjusted to reflect a zero balance

May to get this resolved Most recently I spoke to *** in the Elizabethtown office on Janand was advised the check request sent on Decand takes - days to process Why the other dozen times I've called hasnt resulted in a check request is beyond meAgain, enough with the run around, and send the refund immediately.Regards,*** ***
