I filed a complaint on a company more than a week ago. Complaint ID #***. It was agreed that the business would pickup their trash bin and refund our money. They have yet to follow through on this. A check request for a refund on the customer's account has been issued and will be processed by our Accounts Payable group to refund the customer their prorated services not used

After working with our SrAccountant and talking to the Regional Manager in Nashville, our system shows that we attempted to pick up MrHopkins trash twine in week to make up for the miss Both times his trash was not outWhen a customer cancels at mid-month, no credit will be issued
We have attempted times to pick up our cart and all times, our cart is behind his fence. He currently has a charge on his account for our unreturned cart fee of $

Mr***’s refund is still in process, but will not be getting the full $back because that was a full quarter. The refund is for $which is the prorated amount

In regards to the check being cashed, the customer utilizes a bill pay system with her bank so the check was debited from her account upon the cutting of the check by the bank. We had not however received the check yet on our side. It was sent in error to the old vendor who collected
checks and just recently sent them to us. We received the check and cashed it on 11/29/16. This account has since been cancelled as per the customer's request and a refund will be issued for the check balance on this account. When our customer service reps had mentioned prior that we had not received the check, they were correct as we had not yet received it even though it showed as cashed by the customer. The customer saw it as cashed since the bank takes the money from their account prior to cutting the check to RRWS however there was a delay between that and when we actually received it

This is the second complaint that I have filed with the Revdex.comIt concerns basically the same thingI cancelled my service with
them on January 31, I have called the local office here at ###-###-#### several times during the last months inquiring about my refund which they seem not to want to give meI guess because I have reported them to you and to consumer affairsThey are keeping money that is not rightful theirs and I would like my refundI called them at their home office number that I was given by the local office ###-###-#### and got a voice mailI stated that I was giving them week from today (4/20/17) to mail my refund or I would get an attorney of which I have a friend and also report them again to consumer affairsI don't remember the complaint number that I had before but maybe it can be looked up.Regards,

I am rejecting this response because: the issue has not been resolve and my service has not been correctedThe last time my trash was picked up was on January 16thI
have filled trash cans sitting in my driveway and am starting to collect trash in my basement to keep animals from turning over even more cans and scattering even more garbage all over my yardI expect this to be rectified immediately and my service restored with credits given for weeks of service not receivedI am sure that the owners of the company would not accept this level of service for their personal trash service
