After talking to our RM for that location, seems that Mr*** *** and our TN Regional Manager have open communication. I have seen some extremely rude texts to our Regional Manager from Mr*** *** and heard a little bit about the rude phone calls to our RM also. All we are
asking is for Mr*** to have his trash can in the proper place on Monday’s (his pick up day) and we will collect his trash

A work order has been issued for the container retrieval which should occur within the week depending on cart delivery/collection volumes. Customer Service Reps are cancelling the account and processing applicable refund

Your request has been forwarded on the appropriate staff for cancellation, collection of the container, and a refund on the prepaid months

We apologize for the inconvenience as we work to improve our level of service in your area. We have instituted new routes for the area in order to minimize truck traffic in your neighborhood and as a result have experienced some service misses due to new routes for out drivers.
Additional resources have been put into place to ensure this does not continue to happen

RRWS recently made a change in services offered to the client's area. We are no longer providing twice a week service to our customers. Through literature we have sent customers, we notified them of the change and the need to contact our local offices to get an updated rate and
