Review: We ordered 2 dresses from Femmes Boutique, at a cost of over $800, neither of which arrived. We were told that we'd be refunded. When I realized months later that the credit card refund hadn't occurred I emailed and received a response from [redacted], who promised to take care of it. At one point, I started dealing with [redacted], who seemed to be eager to pick up the ball and get me a refund. I've been corresponding with the boutique for over a year and am beginning to believe that I've been totally conned. I am not even sure that this boutique exists and would like to know if they actually have a physical location at the address listed online. At the very least I'd like to file a formal complaint. I don't know what else you are able to do, but if you can advise me as to my options as an out of state customer, I'd appreciate it. Can I make a claim in small claims court?Desired Settlement: Refund of the full amount ($862.95).

Hello to whom it may concern,I am the current supervisor, My name was [redacted], I was not working here when Miss [redacted] placed this order from my understanding the dresses were delivered and returned, So that amount is slightly less as we don't refund shipping, From what I read in the prior notes because it was over 90 days we were not able to process this refund in order to processes refunds over 90 days we would need approval from authorize.net which takes time, I see where a check was sent out prior but miss [redacted] claimed she never received it so we ended up putting a stop payment on this check, about her her saying do we exist it's obvious that we do she received the order, well not her the order was under a different name, this has to do with dresses that were returned which I have no record of I am only going off of the email thread, This is not my department but I will speak to [redacted] in the morning she is the one that handles cutting the checks, I don't know why Miss [redacted] never contacted American express to deal with this if she was having all these issues, the other girls are only sales associates and can only do so much.I will talk to [redacted] in the morning to get this resolved as soon as I can no one is trying to keep miss [redacted]'s money everyone here wants this resolved.

Review: On May 9, 2014 I place an order. I call on the 14 or 15 of May regard my order a was inform that my order will be ship and I will received a email conformation. On May 19, 2014. I call back regard my order and was informed that the order was damage and it was an back order and the size that I order run big and do I want a smaller size. I said yes and ask do you guys have the shoe in stocks and was told YES and they were going to ship it out that day with an email confirmation. I call back on May 22, 2014 regarding my order and was told that it was an back order and they will received the shoe 4 to 6 weeks. I ask for an refund and was giving a confirmation for it. I then received another email on May 27, 2014 for my refund of $176.90.

til this day I still haven't receive my refund.Desired Settlement: I will like my refund return back into my account.

Customer did ordered the london trash phoenix size 8 in white the one

size we had left was slightly damage, we were waiting for a replacement

pair to come in which too longer than we anticipated I apologize to

customer for inconvenience, customer requested to be refunded and her refund was processed, We are truly sorry that we could not provide this customer with what she paid for she was very sweet. Refunds normally takes 3 to 4 business days to go back onto customers card depending on the bank sometimes it may take a bit longer. Please see attachment
