I am rejecting this response because:It does not surprise me that VW Credit "considers this matter closed." Of course it does, as it has ignored all prior attempts to reach them and unilaterally decided that I am responsible for the actions of its dealershipsVW Credit would like to argue both that my dealings in leasing this car, done entirely through Burdick VW, results in a balance due to VW Credit, but that actions by Burdick VW are of no consequence to VW CreditVW Credit cannot have it both waysI further reject VW Credit's incredibly insulting suggestion that I demand that Burdick VW return my tires and then try to sell them myself in order to offset the cost. VW Credit offered a "settlement" by reducing the cost of the tires by halfWhen I declined to pay hundreds of dollars on an amount I do not owe, VW Credit's representative said she cannot dismiss the entire cost because of contract issuesThat same contract would also prevent offering a settlement, so I reminded the representative that she is not unable to dismiss the entire cost; just disinclined. I firmly and whole-heartedly reject VW Credit's response.

The issue was NOT resolved. I'm in the process of going thru all my payment to prove that we were NEVER late paying the lease loan. We were offered and had approved three deferment which have been paid not just on time but ahead of time. We will be returning the lease in July/August as per the contract and moving on to another company that knows how to provide customer service.Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because: I have returned calls twice to to Volkswagen credit and both times I have been hung on up by the representative I have tried to speak with I do not feel the company is in good faith trying to resolve the issue with me being overcharged The person "Mike" I did speak to prior to him hanging up on me tried to say the money was for expedited mailing services which I did not ask for I would have been more then happy to pay for a standard postage stamp for them to do paperwork but not overnight mail when there was no rush to complete the services nor was this requested
