I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and while I don´t know who MrHacket is, I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me? I had a long talk with a manager over the phone that informed me of the system problem they had and agreed to credit me for the overcharge and guaranteed the correct monthly payment as originally agreed when the lease was signed.? We have investigated Ms***'s concerns regarding our telephone payment system and confirmed that the system is functioning correctly In order for the system to repeat a payment confirmation number, the caller must press the star (*) key immediately following the prompt that states, "To repeat your confirmation number, press star"
Upon careful review, we have confirmed that while a phone call was made to Volkswagen Credit on June 27, 2015, there is no record of a payment made for the above-referenced account If the customer has documentation that indicates a payment was made, we ask that she mail the documentation to P.OBox Libertyville, IL 60048-7498, or fax the document(s) to 847-281-so that we may further research her claim
Once the July invoice became delinquent, we made attempts to reach Ms*** by phone and via our Consumer Internet Message Center Our records indicate that on September 1, 2015, the customer contacted our Customer Care department and made a payment to cover the past due July and August invoices
Audi Financial Services holds fair and accurate credit reporting in the highest regard Respectfully, due to the reasons set forth above, we are unable to agree to the customer's proposed resolution

I am rejecting this response because my choices are to reject or accept, and nothing in between.? While I have now received the duplicate title, I was told that, even though VW could have confirmed the penalty, I will have to pay to the license bureau (MO Dept of Revenue) for late registration, and then must mail to them (and they did include a mailer through UPS) my receipt.? The explanation provided was that they didn't want to provide 'too little' to me, which I guess meant they would have closed the case?? I also think that represents that they bent over backwards to correct THEIR mistake; it wasn't mine at all.? Until that reimbursement is received, I am not yet in a position to consider this issue resolved
