Fidelity's legal department already refused to speak to me directly on this matter yesterday 12/28/when time was of the essence to make the RMD before the end of the year.I highly doubt I will be contacted by them or that they will do the right thing and accept our perfectly legal POA document as my mother intended without requiring us to comply with their unreasonable and unnecessary demandsBasically they refuse to release money that belongs to my mom, who needs it to cover care expenses and since they refuse to allow the distribution, she will be penalized by the IRS. I have zero confidence in their desire to resolve the issue and they are citing privacy concerns in order to avoid being transparent about their practices. NO ONE SHOULD PUT THEIR RETIREMENT FUNDS IN FIDELITY INVESTMENTS BECAUSE WHEN YOU NEED IT OR YOUR LOVED ONES NEED TO ACCESS IT TO PAY FOR YOUR CARE, THEY WILL REFUSE TO ALLOW ACCESS IF YOUR POA DOESN'T MEET THEIR RIDICULOUS STANDARDS

Fideity failed to notify me before and at the time that I spoke with them about cashing out my Retirement A week after I cashed out my and days after I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com I received a letter in the mail ( see the attachment) The letter indicates that should I wait til June 30, that I will not forfeit the unvested portion THIS ARRIVED A WEEK TOO LATE! NO ONE AT THE FIDELITY CALL CENTER MADE ME AWARE THAT IF I ONLY WAITED TIL JUNE 30, THAT I WOULD NOT FORFEIT THE $ I have not heard anything else from Fidelity except that since I cashed the check already that they can not help me They have made no attempts to correct this error on their part As a result of their neglect and failure to inform me -- I am out of $that is rightfully mine The only solution I will be happy with is for Fidelity to send me the money that is owed me after June 30,

Fidelity claims they are researching the information How long does it take to research the information and get back to me with a resolution This is unacceptableI was told that I would receive correspondence from the business; but this never happened

Fidelity's response is that they still will not transfer the asset as they said they would. second they are charging us dollars if we move the asset from the account making it empty/close. We did not want the account and were told that it would cost us nothing. at that time they were aware of us wanting to transfer the account and they never disclosed the charge for the account if we moved the asset. this is a modified *** *** actionmake you open an account you dont want and then charge you to close the account. they were fully aware of what we wanted to do and did not tell us. ***Revdex.com:
