[I am rejecting this because I have gave Fidelity Investment plenty of opportunities for them to return my money that I had deposited since they decided to close my account without any explanation whatsoever and since they keep coming up with different excuses everytime to not give me back my moneyThis is why I am seeking outside help because I cannot work with themThey are being difficult and wont just give ne back my money that belongs to me.]

[Fidelity has added nothing new to the Revdex.com conversation Nor have I heard from them directly yet, in response to this Revdex.com complaint Will Fidelity compensate me for my losses, which I consider to be Fidelity's fault? Why bother to have a well-paid fund manager at all if a fund can lose a third of its value in a mere days? Obviously, professionals are not involved here, though most of them are well paid It's not fair that a fund can be so mismanaged, yet the consumer, the customer, is left holding the third-empty bag It may even be that Fidelity has acted in a criminal manner here, if not "just" in an immoral manner."]

Someone from Fidelity needs to call me so I can explain what was going on with my account and discuss that my account was wrongfully closed! An appreciate investigation needs to happen on Fidelity's behalf with my input instead of an one-sided investigation by Fidelity that just ends up casting me to the side an decisions being inappropriately made to determine the outcome of my account! So an rep from Fidelity Investments that has the power and authority to go into my account to be able to handle the situation! And I really mean for someone from Fidelity that is high up and can expedite the task to call me! This is a canned message from FidelityThere is no time frame involved concerning this issue and when they will contact me directlyThis is a time sensitive issue due to an ongoing law suit and they are simply stallingI contacted them in June and they have records of my request over month ago in their system and still I have not gotten the information requiredI have spoken with Fidelity in June and then a Fidelity supervisor in July and this message is a weak response to my request for the information that they have concerning this lawsuit
