It is completely unacceptable for Fidelity to claim they will contact myself or my spouse in some non specific form at an undetermined point in the futureThe very idea that Fidelity has developed a secret plan to make customer contact is completely ludicrous. The company is refusing to assist or offer any explanation at allI can't get anywhere with themI cannot eat, pay rent, or pay bills because of their actions

I am rejecting this response because: Even though they would like to claim it's preexisting the mechanic stated no way it occurred outside of the platinum plan that had that may have expired by date but not anywhere close to the miles that would have been coveredI actually purchased the plan on the 8th the same day as the inspection but again as this business has proven not to tell all the facts the charges were picked up as fraud and didn't process till the 9thAlso the stating the engine needed to be replaced was premature as that was not the case and I already paid to have it fixNational Auto care is sitting on my money as I requested a refund on 2/because they are being worthless and trying to nick pick technicalitiesAs I had a platinum plan and converted to gold plan with only days difference between the plans due to the dealer not having a slot to inspectHad the dealer be able to to inspect and this "preexisting condition" found it would have been covered, however this company would like to pretend I somehow did something wrongEspecially since I requested a renewal/conversion of my existing plan with national auto on 1/which I have proof ofInstead of letting me renew while I had coverage I was told to go get an inspection even though I had coverage so anything found would have been coveredThis company refuses to do the right thing by a long term customer of years and a customer who was trying to continue being a customerThe prior warranty would have covered the care all the way to miles over more miles then what is it on nowBut it expired due to time on 2/3/and again I tried to pay for a new plan on 1/27/while coverage was still in effectSo they can claim "preexisting" all they want the fact is it should be covered because the fact it it occurred under one plan or the other both of which was paid for and they don't want to provide the service or refund me for which they have all ready been paidThey are really good had giving me the run around and pointing fingers to other entitiesMy hope is they will do the right thing but I know they will notThey don't care about customers who try and do the right thing or customer service

I received a letter in the mail from Fidelity stating that they are not at fault and that I never signed up for the promotionI will be closing my Fidelity account

Fidelity indicated I may share their response, but I have never received a response from Fidelity, so there is nothing to share. Even when I reported this issue originally to Fidelity, they have claimed to be "researching" but never once have I received a response, nor has it been fixed. This is a serious issue. Their trading application produced a system error and failed to delete a trade prior to market close. They should adjust my account
