I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Please add your rejection comments belowFidelity has blocked my account and is claiming to protect my security but when I started the account Fidelity did not ask for any identification which the company is now requesting to access my own accountI feel like I am being discriminated againstI am *** and *** and feel like I am being singled out for that reasonI tranferred 20,of my OWN money to fidelity to begin my investment endeavorI trusted fidelityBut fidelity has now blocked my account asking for identification that wasnt required when creating the accountMy money is on hold by the company and this is causing a financial hardship for meI have faxed the requested information and im awaiting access to my OWN moneyThe company didnt even apologize for the inconvenience they are causing me in their responseI have faxed the information and would like access to MY moneyAgain I feel discriminated against, this has caused a hardship and I feel like Fidelity has not had any compassion in the way the have handled my situation

Mr***'s Vehicle Service Contract with National Auto Care is a Part Specific Contract which means the failed parts need to be specifically listed to be covered by his National Auto Care VSC. The failed parts specifically called into National Auto Care by *** *** ***(the repair facility Mr*** took his truck to for repairs) are the Cylinder Head Gaskets and the Engine Oil Cooler.
- The Engine Oil Cooler and Cylinder Head Gaskets are not listed items for coverage on Mr***'s. I have no record of a failed Turbo in this claim
- Cylinder Head Gasket are Not Covered on this contract. This contract does not have any Seals & Gasket coverage
- Per the 3rd Party Inspection Report - Mr***'s truck has been altered from its original manufacturer specifications. The truck has an after-market exhaust system with the Catalytic Convertors removed. Mr***'s contract reads - " Any vehicle modified or altered from original manufacturer specifications not approved by the manufacturer. Any alterations made to your vehicle or you are using your vehicle in a manner not recommended by the manufacturer including but not limited to: Emissions and /or Exhaust system Modifications.
Regardless of the vehicle being modified, the failed items are Not Covered on Mr***'s vehicle service contract. National Auto Care has spoken with Mr*** times in an attempt to explain why his claim is denied.

This is the same CANNED AUTOMATED message we already received from Fidelity and they are doing NOTHING 15-minutes WASTED on the phone just to log in to my account so I can be told my account was "automatically" closedAnd every time I asked to talk to a supervisor I was put on hold and waited for HALF AN HOUR and they I gave up Regards,
