I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me. Please review the attached documents with date stamps showing a timeline of the snail mail communication. It is because of my insurance company [redacted], and my finance company, [redacted] Financial that the documents could not get sent directly to your department via email or fax. If that was an option this matter would have been resolved sooner. I waited too long for this and have not been able to purchase a new vehicle since hurricane Harvey because of this issue. I should have never been involved with this claim. It should have only been my insurance company [redacted] Financial, and GAP insurance company. My agent forwarded the documents to me instead of sending them straight to your office back in August 2017.

I am rejecting this response because: As I have seen in many complaints about this company they come up with reasons not to honor the contract. I had in fact not been told that the repairs were denied but only that they (Mini of birmingham) were trying to work it out. When the warranty company contacted me they started off with we didn't know if you had understood why we denied the claim. I have had this policy for 2 1/2 hears, I have had the car worked on several times at MINI through their warranty program. That warranty ran out. The warranty is suppose to be a Life time power train warranty. I was told that I had not had the oil changed on time, that I didn't change the air filter and I was late on changing the spark plugs. The Oil had been changed on time, the air filter would not affect in anyway the nature of the repairs, put it was probably changed as well during the service and not documented. I was not informed by mini that it was time to change the spark plugs. Over all I don't really think it would have mattered on bit. I could have every bit of this done and well documented and they would have come up with some other reason to refuse the work. No other warranty of a reputable source require excessive attention to ritual and details. They do this because most lawyers are not willing to tackle something that requires a lot of work to do. The ones I have spoken to simple say it's not worth their time. So criminals continue to run the roost.

The mileage on the repair order called in by [redacted] was 107,752.  [redacted] [redacted] Expiration Mileage is 106,395. Thus, per the terms of the contract, [redacted] with National  Auto Care is Expired by mileage.  Without presenting documentation showing the same failures called in by [redacted] on 8/30/2017 with mileage less than the 106,395 mileage limit on the [redacted], National Auto Care has no liability left on [redacted] National Auto Care service contract. Thank you for your time in this matter. Joe R

They still refuse ti keep their end and have a bunch of stupid reason why. I have seen a ton of complaints on this company for the same reason as us. Told them I will remove them off our other cars their respond was you can but we hate for you to not be covered due to a loss. Well I stated back what do you call this then? This is a loss and you refuse to pay.
