I received a reply from Fidelity explaining the procedure for submitting a Power of Attorney; something my mother and I were advised to obtain from an attorney in order to have access to our funds. I followed the procedure exactly; obtained the POA, completed the form required by Fidelity, had it notarized, and sent the hard copy of both the form and POA via overnight mail to the Fidelity address. The document arrived the following day. I then inquired as to what day the restriction would be lifted. The reply I received stated a representative STILL needed to speak to my mother even though we have a POA allowing me as attorney in fact to access our account! Even though I have repeatedly told Fidelity that my yr old mother is extremely hard of hearing and unable to understand anyone via a telephone call and that the Fidelity bank itself is too far a distance from our home. I have again explained the dire need for the funds in order to purchase new hearing aids for my mother. This entire nightmare has caused extreme stress for my mom, which at she does not need. Fidelity is basically preventing my mother from purchasing her hearing aids. This is $we are talking about and this has gone on for months! I have explained over and over, submitted all documents requested and finally obtained a POA and Fidelity continues to hold our money!

Fidelity's response was NOT acceptable. Again, they are skirting the issue, trying to get out of the problem. I have also filed complaints with the FTC, SEC and FINRA. Maybe having some government weight behind the complaint will make Fidelity sit up and take notice. This situation must be resolved with business days, or I will start legal action in the amount of $50.000.000.00.]

This is completely unacceptable and offensive. As I stated in original complaint they responded with blaming me and telling me to again call the phone which I have wasted MY TIME doing. My time wasted not theirs and I am the one PAYINGIf I cost them they would charge me! I should not have to call again groveling at their feet. I informed them of a problem with the service it is broken does not work - that even THEIR OWN employees could not get it to workIt is their responsibility to fix it! The business can just get away with an answer as repulsive as this one. *** *** used the exact same words with me "we consider this matter closed. Just like that they fail to provide the service I AM PAYING for and close it and what nothing? They get away with it just like that? NO it is not closed and she does not threaten and dictate to me it is! I do not EVER take orders from her or anyone at Fidelity. THs is no way to treat the customer

I have been in contact with them and I don't appreciate the fact that are trying to publicly trying to come off as caring in any way.Their customer services makes my original stolen truck violation worseThey said days after it goes to processingImagine my surprise on day (after it went to processing) we have no check but more questionsSo after the answers it goes back to processing for, You guessed it more daysAnd then what more questions?!?!? My truck was stolen in July! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!They want to know why I go on so many vacationsWhy is that your business? All of my kids are grown and my husband and I are going to try to travel all statesBut thank you for your concern about my mileage

In regards to my complaint submitted on 11/1/against Fidelity InvestmentsComplaint # ***, I would like to reopen the claim and provide some additional information as follows:Fidelity responded as follows:"Your request has been reviewed and the decision has been made that Fidelity will not be refunding any of the fees charged to your HSA accountWe consider this matter closed and will not address any further inquiries regarding the HSA fees."They also directed me to a link that does not contain or disclose anything about quarterly HSA fees ***I feel they have not addressed my original complaint and this link is non-responsive.Using simple math, if they were to charge me $48/year on an account of $sitting in cash, by the time I tried to use this balance in retirement for medical expenses years from now, the account would have been drawn to zero well before that based on their fees. I am asking for a relatively simple customer service concession of $to rectify the out-of-the- blue charges that they implemented quite some time after I left my employer. Regards,

National Auto Care called me. It wasn't to listen to my issues. It was to talk me out of them. There was zero receptiveness on their part. Additionally, the representative on the phone said that the exclusions are there because "as cars get older they need to reduce the liability for national Auto Care". There is zero mention of this or discussion of this on any of the material they put out to sell this policy. This is the first I have ever heard of anything like that and is frankly, ridiculous. Insurance companies increase policy premiums, not sneak in new exclusions to achieve profitability and liability goals. The fact that their representative admitted they have exclusions to protect them on older car is deceitful and an unfair business practice
