[Fidelity did not give a valid reason and they are not reviewing my conversation with the agent I had during account opening.  They committed that free trades will be applied automatically. They are not honoring what they promised.Also, I authorize Fidelity to share any information with Revdex.com, and I am sure they will not because they are cheating their customers.]

I was contacted via email from Fidelity and an apology was issued as well as a "goodwill credit" for $25.00. My debit card has been unblocked and I am now able to use it. This experience was very fraustrating, but I am satisfied with the fast response from Fideity regarding this complaint.
