Renee from our Resolution team tried to reaching out to [redacted] for the last two days by phone and email and still no response [redacted] spoke with Renee's employee, William, on 7/13/and on a recorded phone call and made the decision to move forward in the program [redacted] wanted to have a strong financial future.On 7/15/15, the client was having trouble getting her bank account connectedHer coach scheduled a Troubleshooting appt on 7/17/with JerryJerry successfully added their Harleysville State Bank account with no issuesClient then proceeded with other coaching sessions, since thenThere were other appointments scheduled, but for one reason or another, [redacted] canceled and rescheduled.Since the last Troubleshooting appointment with Jerry we have no record of further trouble with [redacted] being able to use Mvelopes[redacted] has received all services the contract promisesRenee finds no reason to give [redacted] back any type of refundMvelopes will wave the cancellation fee of $as a courtesy and cancel this clients coaching program and contract

Jerry tried to call [redacted] today but when the person picked up, they only spoke SpanishJerry asked if he can speak to [redacted] and that person just said a sentence in Spanish and hung up

Jerry who is our customer support specialist spoke with *** and apologized it wasn't communicated very well about having to cancel via googleWe explained to her that we will issue a refund for $and verified her address so we can send it via checkShe was happy with the resolution

Renee had a good conversation with *** We have cancelled his coaching program with us and have forgiven all debt We will be refunding the amount he is asking for

Renee spoke to Lewis wife AmandaThey were calling another companies phone number and not ours. That is why they never reached Renee's department. They are going through some tough times. We have forgiven their cancellation fee and will be giving them a full refund. The call
ended very well and Renee invited them back to the program in the future

Around 1:PM MST, Renee from our Resolution team left *** a voicemail to call her back today before 4:PM MSTShe also mentioned that she will be out until next Wednesday

Jennifer spoke with *** on 12/5/and Jennifer explained the refund was processed on 11/2/at 1:PM CST to the account ending in ***After Jennifer explained that to ***, *** was able to find the deposit of $
