Bill from our Resolution Department tried to call *** times and left him a voice mail so Renee from the same department sent him a email to let him know as a courtesy, we are waving the cancellation fee and refunding any money he has paid for the program

Renee from our Resolution Team spoke with *** and explained that this program is a subscrition based serviceAs a subscription base service, we can not cut the clients account off at the end of the month, or he and all customes would loose important data (banking transactions) Renee gave
*** an example like the Cell phone companies.The sales consultant speaking with the client was in compliance, and they explained billing was month-to-monthTherefore, the client was responsible for the amount to which he was billed.But as a courtesy, after trying to reason with the gentleman and feeling his pain, she elected to give the client a full refund, and confirmed to the client via email

Rebecca, who is my troubleshooting specialist spoke to *** and let her know that she had escalate this to the highest tier and she will take ownership of the issue, till it is resolved. She offered to walk her through importing transactions*** said she could do it
herself. Rebecca sent an email to ***, so she could correspond with Rebecca if she had any other issues

My account is still not workingMvelopes idea of working on it is calling me once a week to say its still not workingIt has been almost four months since the problem startedThey will not give me a time frame of when it will be fixedI think they are just saying the are working on it but I have no proof that they are and since the account is still broken it doesn't seem that it is their priorityThey seem to be just words.I am wondering if the Revdex.com will put this on their file that my account is still not working
