I want to inform you of the very proffesional and continued support that First Choice Tech Support has shown me in correcting some major problems I had with my Dell Computer this weekThey have been very easy to work with and have shown me complete professional help They have answered all questions and patience I would recommend them to anyone who would need computer Tech support [redacted]

I have a MacBook that I bought in I have updated everything to keep it current As time went on, I noticed my computer getting slowerWent to Apple Store to consult with the Genius BarThey accurately found that my battery needed replacementI did so Things were going fine until I did a very stupid thingI downloaded the dreaded MacKeeper! Of course I didn't realize it was Malware at the timeI thought it was just because my computer was oldBut, it was just a matter of time, actually several months, that I realized something was wrongI even commented to a classmate that I wondered about these guys who want to help you, actually create problems on your computer so that you will enlist their aidIt was just a thoughtTurns out, I was right! My computer began to make a noiseI looked up the cause of this and found that it was most likely a dirty fanSo, I went to the Apple Store for a solution, once againThis "genius" took my computer in the back room, brought it back to me and said, "Well, we did our best to clean your computer but it seems that you are going to have to buy a new oneOh, and, we don't carry the fan you need anymore, you're on your own." So, not believing this, I bought the fan and tools needed to remedy this onlineThere are videos showing you how to do this I did it! Trust me when I tell you, it took some guts to open up my computer and replace this fan because I had never done this beforeWhen I opened it up, I was appalled to find it so filthy, i.ethey never opened it up or cleaned it at allThey flat out lied to meIt's been over a year since this happened and my computer is noise free! Over the last couple of months, I noticed my computer getting slower and slower, almost to the point of inoperableI wondered if it was my ATT provider or the sites, themselves Before I go on, I should mention that I looked up the way to eliminate MacKeeperIt was daunting and quite detailedTheir advice: Don't do it yourself or you could risk the total dissolution of every bit of info on your computer, not to mention it's total destructionThat's how nasty MacKeeper is Then, after I had restarted my computer several times, just to make it a bit faster, I received a window from a site I did not recognizeThey asked me to call them because they realized I was in trouble I did callFrom the get go these guys were honest and straightforward, They acknowledged my reasons for being skepticalThe guy I spoke to was [redacted] My computer was so slow it took them ten hours, normally five, to fix it I was able to watch everything they did after allowing them to take over my computerThey were absolutely fierce! Awesome! Today, what took five to ten minutes to download, now takes a second! Therefore, I totally recommend 1st Choice Tech Support for anyone who needs help with their computer! [redacted] helped me with my computer problems today, and he far surpassed the help that I've had in the past, because he found still-existing problems dated back to the other times that I had required help His demeanor with customers is fantastic! I am very computer-challenged, and he assisted me very caringly to do my part, and did not make me feel 'dumb' Any small part that I might play in helping him to move up with his company, I would like to wholeheartedly do! my computer crashed...with the courteous, knowledgeable,and patient staff of First Choice Tech Support I was able to call, speak with someone and have my computer repaired remotely They completed the work on time and did a really great job I would highly reccommend First Choice to all of my friends, family and colleaguesAs a business I put my trust in First Choice to complete the work and make sure that my business data was secure They did a wonderful job

We did not have to take our computer or copier out of our house for professional help We are not computer savey at all The tecks were patience and would be understanding to translate they would take care of all our problems with our computer and printer We called several times with problems and they would always be so polite and understanding Any question or problem was never too small Yes I would recommend First Choice Tech Support to anyone! The cost of the service was very reasonable compared to getting a new Computer and Printer!

I had been scammed in late May by an "Indian" firm from South Dakota, accents and all, pretending to be a legit Microwave sub contractor At first, they really seemed legit, then I became suspicious when the fixes they did didn't work well I can't recall when 1st Choice came to my attention in June Once bitten, I was skeptical I got rid of the Indians, filed a complaint to my credit company...who had actually been tracking these fraudsters and gave me a creditand then I took in 1st Choice reluctantly But, they did a first rate job and now my computer, once filled with junk, crashin is working quickly and cleanly and my desktop, once a jumble, is working much better, with everything organized and shortcuts galore The guys were polite, informative, spent time answering all my questions,my being a skeptic Finally, I was convinced and bought their package Why aren't they Revdex.com accredited? Perhaps they are so new they are building up their reputation Give 'em stars

I had a great experience with First Choice tech SupportThe Tech [redacted] was very helpful in solving the problem and answering the questions I had about my laptop If I have any more problems I will have great confidence in calling them againI was very satisfied with the service and will recommend them to friends and family!

Complaint: computer locked up by msg stating a malicious virus would be installed if I tried to shut down browser or computerVoice msg came on with phone number to callSept2, my computer locked up with a msg box stating a virus would infect my computer if I tried to shut computer downVoice msg then instructed to call xxx-xxx-xxxx to get technical support or helping get rid of virusSpoke to a person named [redacted] and he went through all the explanations of how I could either go to a micro-soft store to get them to repair for $or so..or, 1st choice could scan and repair for me in a remote online session and would install security Webroot software for another $dollars for years on top of thatHe said it was normally $dollars, but I was getting a discount of $I agreed because I was upset about my computer and wanted the problem fixed asapI told him I had another computer software security and I was surprised it had not caught it, but I was so upset I did agree to let them have access to my computer and I gave him my credit card numberSo it took a few hours for the remote session to end and someone called me back (he did not disclose his name) I was so upset I did not ask his name, anyways, he told me my computer was all checked out and security software installed and ok to use I later talked to my husband who was at work on the phone and I told him about what happened and he couldn't believe it cost us $for thatHe was very upset with me, so I later on started worrying about the excessive charges for what should have been much less expensiveI'm not a computer wiz, so I was just relieved to get the problem fixedThen my husband called me back on the phone and told me everyone he talked to at work said it was a scam and that there had been other complaints about their sale practices and I was scammedSo I decided to look up the company on the Revdex.com site and sure enough there where several complaints about 1st choice tech support services and the same thing happened to other people just like me, so I realize they misled me about the situation to get moneyI don't believe there was any virus issues with my computer and it was only a ploy to get money from whomever they canI did not call them back to try and get a refund because after reading all the complaints I could see they would not refund me because other people was not getting refunded after they called themSo I believed I was fraud so I called my credit card company and told them what had happened so I am disputing the charges from 1st choice tech supportBecause of their sale practices and misleading me I am disputing the entire charges and trying to get a full refundI am a senior citizen and I think it is a shame that companies like that prey on people to get excessive amounts of money from them

I first became familiar w/First Choice this week I was bombarded by pop-ups and viruses that I couldn't get rid ofThen I got a pfrom First Choice Tech Support with a phone number I called[redacted] was the first person I talked to...she got a tech to help meHe explained what he was going to do....I gave him access to my computer and for the next 4-hours I watched to see him go through my whole computer...deleting unnecessary junk, viruses, cookies,etc"Jason" spoke to me in language I could understandJason talked me through all questions I hadI was very pleased Today I had a question so I called "First Choice." I got [redacted] He was very helpful and updated my computer and explained what he was doing and why He took time to answer any questions & show me how to use the new browserFrom my experience with 1st Choice this week...I will be calling them again I have been very pleased with them I recommend them highly

The technicians that I worked with at First Choice Tech Support where extremely helpful in repairing my MAC computer They kept me informed as to the problems and made the experience as painless as possible When dealing with a virus in your computer, it is a very frustrating situation!
