It took over hours to complete the entire cleaning process to my laptop, I am very pleased with the results .I highly recommend my choice in them with all my future computer needs, they have the backing of microsoft incand thats the number one operating systems in the worlddo not get caught up with those scam artist that stills your I.D THANKS SO MUCH

I found First Choice to be extremely helpful and speedy on removing a terrible virus from my macbook air and remotely which was impressive now I'm a lifetime member and today just a quick issue with my keypad was dealt with again extremely knowledgeable, helpful and speedy

I was greatly impressed with the response, capabilities, and results from my use of First Choice Tech Support to handle my emergency repairs to my Laptop on Sunday, June 28th
I was using my Laptop that I use to control my business when it had an emergencyThe people At First Choice worked with me and not only got me running but offered information and products that give me confidence that by this morning I would still be able to serve my customers
They showed great proficiency and best they explained what was needed and what they could do where I could understand
Their communication with each other about my problem was very impressive, as it took some time and back and forth phone calls to complete, yet time was not wasted having to explain the same issue to three technicians

I just called them as I had a warning on my Mac, while using Google Chrome that there was some malware attack? I could not get out of Google chrome without calling the phone number supplied with the warning I was hesitant about calling a company I had never heard of Not only that, I was even more anxious about a remote connection with tech support I had never heard of I took what I perceived as a risk and connected I constantly asked questions and the technician, although he talked very fast, explained everything to me He did offer service which I could not undergo and wanted a price comparison other tech supports I was acquainted with The 1st Choice support was excellent - Thanks *** Overview - a good learning experience

They are always very knowledgeableThey are very personable and they are willing to help with even the smallest of tasks, they even help with ordering of pizza.They always say that there is no such thing as a stupid question and no task is too small or too big! :) They always have great attitudes! gave me a "new" computer or it feels like a new oneThe third tech, *** *** went through each and every application of the newly installed system with meHe patiently explained each one to update this senior citizen to the wonders of newer technologies

My computer was plagued with so many problems I.Eviruses, a poor antivirus program, NOW I HAVE WEBROOT ANTIVIRUS PROGRAM THAT WORKS Additionally I had internal wireless connecting problems, long slow start up/shut down times, programs that I used and needed such as Microsoft Outlook not working, Internet Explorer operating erratically and more times than I can count I had to do a hard shut down to turn off my computer instead of being able to click the shut down button The conveyance of having everything fixed at home via internet remote control instead of taking it to a repair site and the company being in the US instead of overseas was icing on the cakeThe tech *** *** was pleasant and knew what he was doing (an expert computer repair technician)

My experience with 1st Choice Tech Support is very much like everyone else's My computer suddenly froze and made a constant beeping noise An error message appeared on screen, which looked nothing like a Microsoft error screen, instructing me to call a specific phone number for technical support I was suspicious, but stupidly, I called the number
The representative ran some tests and told me that my computer was severely affected by viruses, and it would have to be professionally serviced He also told me that getting any kind of regular antivirus software would not solve the problem Furthermore, he told me I could not risk turning the computer off to take it to a service center, since that might do permanent damage In other words, he was saying I had no choice but to let First Choice Tech Service fix the problem He "kindly" offered to do it remotely, for a charge of $250, and he also insisted that I should have new antivirus software installed for $ Foolishly, I felt I had no choice, and I paid the fees Several hours later, my computer was working, but I was still very suspicious about what had just happened, so I did some research online, and found reports of this company being a scam, and also found a myriad of similar complaints here on the Revdex.com Essentially, I feel that the company infected my computer, and held it hostage until I agreed to pay them a ransom of $
Since I do not trust such a company with my credit card information, I have now called my bank to have my card replaced, and I reported the charges as fraudulent Now I just have to hope they are able to successfully dispute the charges

I had a great experience with First Choice Tech Support because the techs demonstrated expertise in the computer field such as hardware, software, spyware and much more I felt comfortable and safe knowing I used a company that my family could trust Also, the Supervisor *** and the techs took their time to explain as well as show me how my computer had a virus I remained on the telephone while the techs connected to my computer to show me different things I was totally impressed!
The customer care was excellent and outstanding The techs was patient, friendly and accommodating I am so happy to have had a great experience

I had some serious issues with my computer and this company was able to successfully debug my computer is a short span of time The technicians were personable, knowlegible and thorough I was very satisfied
