It is unusually to talk with three people of the same business and receive the spirit of excellency in professional knowledge and kindness that is amazing This has to speak to the working environment of a business that truly understands that the people they serve is truly the business Your service made me realize that there are people who are serving others because their minds and hearts want to serve those who are in need of their service Yes, technical skills are importantHowever, when technical skills are seasoned with human skills, the spirit of excellency and love is manifested to the people that are served

I called First Choice Tech Support to repair my system They did a great job on my system, and their staff was friendly, courteous and really know their stuff I will recommend them to all of my friends and family

ok..when I saw the screen pop up with the notification to call 1st Choice Tech Support..I was very leery and cautious about it..I was seeing ads on sites that werent supposed to be there..so..I took a chance..and called..I told them what was happening and the guy asked me if I had a tune up recently and I said no..if I had one it was a while back..so we got on safari and allowed him to get into my computer.-and check it out.and test it..and I got to watch exactly what he was doing remotely which was a trip..if that wasnt case I would have been very concerned about their credibility for sure..so I didnt have a virus but had some other stuff that need fixing..so I allowed him to do it..it cost me $200,and I also added an extra amount for added security..now my computer is running more smoothly than it has since I got it..if you are concerned that its a scam..dont be
they are legit,,have only been around a year..so they are still very new-and they do kow what they are doing

I wanted to take a few minutes to acknowledge First Choice
There where several issues related to my computer which made me contact First Choice
The first thought I had deal with was (do to security issues in today's world) who where these folks and where they legit
To my relief the initial contact (Stuart Jenkins) was reassuring,answering, all of my
question
From that point on the staff of technicians, engineers and supervisors took on the project..(***, *** and ***)
Within a short period of time I was receiving updates as to the project and continuous contact as to the progress
Without getting to ridiculous the final outcome was great First Choice essentially turned my concerns into a non-issues and complete the project within a short period of time restoring my equipment back to normal
I would not hesitate to recommend "First Choice" for any type of technical support and especially want to "Thank" *** *** *** and ***

My initial call was with [redacted] While it was a very lengthy conversation she remained patient and positive throughout the call. She took extra time to explain my options and never was pushy or overbearing. My next conversation was with [redacted]. He was also very patient and professional. He went above and beyond to help me with my questions and concerns. My last conversation was with [redacted] He too was most helpful and professional. My overall experience with this company was extremely positive. I would highly recommend First Choice Tech Support. My computer is protected and running much faster and efficient! Thank you!!!

The work performed by 1st Choice Tech Support was great, I have no complaints, just complements. I was first assisted by [redacted] (sorry if the name is spelled wrong) and she was very polite, patiente and precise in her assistance. The Tech support was faster than expected, finished 1 hour before prediction and my pc seems to be running perfectly now. Keep up the great job! Thank you very much for the support, I really appreciate it!

I had some window on my screen on april 2nd saying to call. I figured it was an ad or a scam but it wouldnt go away so I called. A gentleman said he would need to connect to my computer, I reluctantly agreed but I watched everythnig he did closely. He found 3 infections on the pc and said it would be $250 and 4-6 hours. I didnt understand the rest as I know little about computers but he explained everything as much as possible. And he was very patiant with me. He said 4-6 hours it took just under 7 hours but they did call after around 5 hours to let me know it may take a bit longer as they had found something called a torrent. Once they finished they went over everything with me and its been running great ever since. Honestly it seems to run faster then it did the day I bought it. I was very satisfied although it did take a little bit longer than expected. Ive already had my niece call them. she had 2 computers repaired and she got the webroot software and so far so good with that as well.

Personnel were patient and courteous. Work was done well and explained.

The people at First Choice Tech Support are very professional and assisted me with all my needs. I give them two thumbs up. Well done..

Complaint: computer locked up by msg stating a malicious virus would be installed if I tried to shut down browser or computer. Voice msg came on with phone number to call. Sept. 2, 2015 my computer locked up with a msg box stating a virus would infect my computer if I tried to shut computer down. Voice msg then instructed to call xxx-xxx-xxxx to get technical support or helping get rid of virus. Spoke to a person named [redacted] and he went through all the explanations of how I could either go to a micro-soft store to get them to repair for $250 or so..or, 1st choice could scan and repair for me in a remote online session and would install security Webroot software for another $300 dollars for 3 years on top of that. He said it was normally $400 dollars, but I was getting a discount of $100. I agreed because I was upset about my computer and wanted the problem fixed asap. I told him I had another computer software security and I was surprised it had not caught it, but I was so upset I did agree to let them have access to my computer and I gave him my credit card number. So it took a few hours for the remote session to end and someone called me back (he did not disclose his name) I was so upset I did not ask his name, anyways, he told me my computer was all checked out and security software installed and ok to use. I later talked to my husband who was at work on the phone and I told him about what happened and he couldn't believe it cost us $550 for that. He was very upset with me, so I later on started worrying about the excessive charges for what should have been much less expensive. I'm not a computer wiz, so I was just relieved to get the problem fixed. Then my husband called me back on the phone and told me everyone he talked to at work said it was a scam and that there had been other complaints about their sale practices and I was scammed. So I decided to look up the company on the Revdex.com site and sure enough there where several complaints about 1st choice tech support services and the same thing happened to other people just like me, so I realize they misled me about the situation to get money. I don't believe there was any virus issues with my computer and it was only a ploy to get money from whomever they can. I did not call them back to try and get a refund because after reading all the complaints I could see they would not refund me because other people was not getting refunded after they called them. So I believed I was fraud so I called my credit card company and told them what had happened so I am disputing the charges from 1st choice tech support. Because of their sale practices and misleading me I am disputing the entire charges and trying to get a full refund. I am a senior citizen and I think it is a shame that companies like that prey on people to get excessive amounts of money from them.

Great customer service. The reps were very patient over the phone to solve my problems. They were very knowledgeable for what they were doing. The remotely solve my problems right on the spot.

Today was both a day of ultimate computer frustration and a personal victory over the demons hiding in my computer.

This was my first but not my last experience with First Choice Tech Support. It only took a short period of time to find and discuss potential troubles with my computer. Everything but the kitchen sink in problem related events were happening in real time. We discussed what my repair options were. As well as the most cost effective way to correct my computer woes.

Upon deciding to go with the Tech Support of First Choice. I simply gave them control of my computer and allowed the technicians of First Choice to find, correct, and repair damaged portions of my of my programming.

Prior to the work done by First Choice, I'd been experiencing severe slow downs and even a couple of crashes. Now the speed and function of my computer are blazing. I can't tell you enough how pleased I am with the Technical Assistance received from First Choice.

Superior service. Today I dealt with [redacted] and [redacted]. Having spent just shy of 40 years in the military I can assess talent, and by thier demonstrated capabilities those 3 were technically proficient, affable and got the job done right the first time. I would have been glad to have them in my regiment. They deserve to be acknowledged, and their work reflects well upon your company. [redacted]

I had a great experience with First Choice tech Support. The Tech [redacted] was very helpful in solving the problem and answering the questions I had about my laptop.

my computer crashed...with the courteous, knowledgeable,and patient staff of First Choice Tech Support I was able to call, speak with someone and have my computer repaired remotely. They completed the work on time and did a really great job. I would highly reccommend First Choice to all of my friends, family and colleagues. As a business I put my trust in First Choice to complete the work and make sure that my business data was secure. They did a wonderful job.

The tech that corrected a problem with my weather channel, was very capeable and polite while he was working on the problem!!! Any time I have a problem I can't cear by my self,. I always call Centyry Link for help. These people ,in my opinion, are the best in the world, for computer fixes!!! I dfon't believe they get enough of the "good work, well done" commenents that they deserve!!!

My experience with this business was very positive. They helped me with a problem on a new laptop and the problem is resolved. Techs were professional and patient. I would definitely recommend their services.

I used First Choice Tech Support for the first time and found that they were extremely knowledgable and very helpful. They did more to fix my computer than any place where I used to bring it. I am very satisfied and would recommend this service to anyone.
