First Choice Tech Support is awesome. They know how to fix my computer issues. I have 8.1 and that makes it frustrating. From the get go when I purchased this pc there have been problems due to Microsoft 8.1. I call in and every time, right away, the technician makes the repairs,is courteous, explains to me, in a way that I can understand, what is being done and why. I recommended them to a business today. Most importantly, I trust them.

I think this I a big scam nd got no help from them on my computor it still has to be delt with about every two weeks I have issues and I also was mislead on service they provide and they wont let Revdex.com rate them thats a problem you can read about all of issues with tech support based companys out of florida and new york FTC on line.

I had been scammed in late May by an "Indian" firm from South Dakota, accents and all, pretending to be a legit Microwave sub contractor. At first, they really seemed legit, then I became suspicious when the fixes they did didn't work well. I can't recall when 1st Choice came to my attention in June. Once bitten, I was skeptical. I got rid of the Indians, filed a complaint to my credit company...who had actually been tracking these fraudsters and gave me a credit... and then I took in 1st Choice reluctantly. But, they did a first rate job and now my computer, once filled with junk, crashin is working quickly and cleanly and my desktop, once a jumble, is working much better, with everything organized and shortcuts galore. The guys were polite, informative, spent time answering all my questions,my being a skeptic. Finally, I was convinced and bought their package. Why aren't they Revdex.com accredited? Perhaps they are so new they are building up their reputation. Give 'em 4 stars.

I want everyone to know how wonderful First Choice Tech support is in helping me out. I had to call them several times over the past year for either one of my computers and each and every time them fixed the problem in no time. As I tell all my friends,, you can not have a better company working to help you if you have a problem with your computer. The staff is so friendly and helpful, I wish other companies I work with would have staff like this place. Thank you to 1st Choice Tech Support for all your help!

I was happy with the service provided to me by [redacted] abd [redacted] They, both were very helpful with my problem.

I have a MacBook that I bought in 2009. I have updated everything to keep it current.

As time went on, I noticed my computer getting slower. Went to Apple Store to consult with the Genius Bar. They accurately found that my battery needed replacement. I did so.

Things were going fine until I did a very stupid thing. I downloaded the dreaded MacKeeper! Of course I didn't realize it was Malware at the time. I thought it was just because my computer was old. But, it was just a matter of time, actually several months, that I realized something was wrong. I even commented to a classmate that I wondered about these guys who want to help you, actually create problems on your computer so that you will enlist their aid. It was just a thought. Turns out, I was right!

My computer began to make a noise. I looked up the cause of this and found that it was most likely a dirty fan. So, I went to the Apple Store for a solution, once again. This "genius" took my computer in the back room, brought it back to me and said, "Well, we did our best to clean your computer but it seems that you are going to have to buy a new one. Oh, and, we don't carry the fan you need anymore, you're on your own."

So, not believing this, I bought the fan and tools needed to remedy this online. There are videos showing you how to do this I did it! Trust me when I tell you, it took some guts to open up my computer and replace this fan because I had never done this before. When I opened it up, I was appalled to find it so filthy, i.e. they never opened it up or cleaned it at all. They flat out lied to me. It's been over a year since this happened and my computer is noise free!

Over the last couple of months, I noticed my computer getting slower and slower, almost to the point of inoperable. I wondered if it was my ATT provider or the sites, themselves.

Before I go on, I should mention that I looked up the way to eliminate MacKeeper. It was daunting and quite detailed. Their advice: Don't do it yourself or you could risk the total dissolution of every bit of info on your computer, not to mention it's total destruction. That's how nasty MacKeeper is.

Then, after I had restarted my computer several times, just to make it a bit faster, I received a window from a site I did not recognize. They asked me to call them because they realized I was in trouble.

I did call. From the get go these guys were honest and straightforward, They acknowledged my reasons for being skeptical. The guy I spoke to was [redacted]

My computer was so slow it took them ten hours, normally five, to fix it.

I was able to watch everything they did after allowing them to take over my computer. They were absolutely fierce! Awesome!

Today, what took five to ten minutes to download, now takes a second!

Therefore, I totally recommend 1st Choice Tech Support for anyone who needs help with their computer! They are awesome!

p.s. they are available 24/7.

[redacted] helped me with my computer problems today, and he far surpassed the help that I've had in the past, because he found still-existing problems dated back to the other times that I had required help. His demeanor with customers is fantastic! I am very computer-challenged, and he assisted me very caringly to do my part, and did not make me feel 'dumb'. Any small part that I might play in helping him to move up with his company, I would like to wholeheartedly do! Thank you so very much for taking the time to read this.

I first became familiar w/First Choice this week. I was bombarded by pop-ups and viruses that I couldn't get rid of. Then I got a pop-up from First Choice Tech Support with a phone number. I called...[redacted] was the first person I talked to...she got a tech to help me. He explained what he was going to do....I gave him access to my computer and for the next 4-5 hours I watched to see him go through my whole computer...deleting unnecessary junk, viruses, cookies,etc. "Jason" spoke to me in language I could understand. Jason talked me through all questions I had. I was very pleased. Today I had a question so I called "First Choice." I got [redacted] He was very helpful and updated my computer and explained what he was doing and why. He took time to answer any questions & show me how to use the new browser. From my experience with 1st Choice this week...I will be calling them again. I have been very pleased with them. I recommend them highly.

My experience with First Choice Tech Support was efficient and gave me a better understand of how computers work and why they sometimes don't. They were polite and explained everything to me in a language that I could understand (I am an extreme novice). They had a lot of patience with me, waiting until I had an understanding of what was going on. The repairs to 2 computers was finished and I received call backs from the tech to make sure that I was satisfied

My worst computer nightmare happened when I tried to log onto my email and it just wouldn't open up. Mind you all my business and personal contacts were gone, not to mention all my email history which is huge when you have a consulting business which depends on all that information. Fortunately for me I have a year contract with First Choice and called them immediately. It took 5 hours at least for them to correct this serious problem. They went through every solution that was available until they solved the problem I received a call on my voice mail at 10:45 pm (I went to bed) telling me that the issue was resolved and everything was back up and running. These guys are amazing and did not give up ! I am so grateful! I would recommend them highly as a tech support service. Trust me I'll be renewing with them. Thank you First Choice!!

We did not have to take our computer or copier out of our house for professional
help. We are not computer savey at all. The tecks were patience and would be
understanding to translate they would take care of all our problems with our
computer and printer. We called several times with problems and they
would always be so polite and understanding. Any question or problem
was never too small. Yes I would recommend First Choice Tech Support to
anyone! The cost of the service was very reasonable compared to getting
a new Computer and Printer!

I have used this company for about a year and they ALWAYS have been extremely helpful. Have fixed all my issues with emails. Help setup email accounts. Very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them.

I contacted first Choice Tech Support after windows 8.1 was installed on my pc. Many of my programs and devices were not functioning at that point. Not being computer literate I sought help. I found it with First Choice Tech Support. They helped me with all my problems, from the simplest to the most complicated. No question was too simple or dumb ... they responded very professionally yet friendly, making me not feel silly or ignorant with my lack of knowledge. First Choice Tech Support was swift, helpful, friendly and resolved my computer "mal-ware" problem.

I was absolutely overwhelmed with the wonderful customer service that I received from the reps at First Choice Tech Support. My computer had a nasty virus & would hardly allow me to do anything. The phone number for First Choice popped up on my monitor to get help, so I was apprehensive at first because I was afraid that it could be a scam. However,after calling & speaking with [redacted] I was put completely at ease. He was not only able to explain how my computer would be fixed remotely by First Choice,but he also offered a reasonably priced lifetime virus & adware protection plan. After my computer was repaired, I received a call from [redacted] who explained how future maintenance on the product worked & also wanted me to check that everything was working to my satisfaction. I am sure that other techs assisted on my repair & I asked that [redacted] thanked them also. Everyone was so knowledgeable, patient,& kind. There was also no long wait on the phone. Best company & software ever!

Thanks to the 1st Choice team. They answered my questions and fixed my problems , even going beyond their duty to call my service carrier ( who wasn't even giving me dial-up speed ) . They showed up a few days later and worked on the lines. Thanks again to !st Choice Tech Support. They have been very helpful.

First Choice Tech Support worked on my CPU to clean a virus. They did a follow up to make sure everything was functioning properly. They are a very professional business, and I will continue to work with them.
