After being scammed by another Tech support team and spending almost $400 (not including Canadian currency exchange), I was incredibly fortunate to have contacted First Choice Tech Support.

The first agent I spoke with was exceptional with respect to explaining what First Choice could do for my computer (I had serious problems, adware, spyware et cetera). We spoke about the cost and at the time it was out of my range so they worked with me to come up with a cost I could afford.

I was leary as the last company had completely taken advantage of me and did absolutely nothing to fix any issues. I called the telephone number they provided me and it was out of order.

As I watched the tech working his magic for over 6 hours with so many things being done it was out of my realm of understanding. However, I knew if they had been working that many hours, they must be serious about resolving my computer problems.

Upon completion of all the work that had been done I spoke with a fabulous tech support agent ([redacted] who took the time to thoroughly explain what had been done and we went through a number of trials turning my computer off and then back on and opening browsers to check if everything was working smoothly. Truthfully, when First Choice was finished I believe my computer worked and still works better than when I first purchased it.

I am thrilled with the service and professionalism of First Choice and appreciate immensely their assistance in being able to afford their first rate service.

I cannot find the words to express how appreciative I am for finding First Choice Tech Support and the excellent service they performed for me. They went above and beyond what they were intending to do and worked tenaciously to resolve all my issues.

Representative used strong arm tactics to try to get me to spend $250 to correct ad wear which Apple corrected for free. He said that Apple would charge $350 which was an outright lie.

I signed up with First Choice Tech Support about a month ago.Within a few days I had a new problem with Dragon NaturallySpeaking,the unique software program that supports hands-free typing, an essential tool for me. First Choice responded immediately as advertised, was courteous and worked to solve the problem until they were successful. It took four attempts, but First Choice got it fixed and it is again operating cleanly.My first interactions with them have been positive and worth the money to me since I live in a remote area.

Scam company. They use pop-ups and false warnings to trick you into having your computer diagnosed "for free" and then they find things wrong, and in my case "would need a certified technician at a cost of $300-$350" to fix my computer. They also remotely access your computer for the diagnostics. I am now worried that the security of my computer and identity has been compromised. Fortunately, I did not buy into the scam for the need of a certified technician. Not out any money, just angry I was duped.

This was my first time to use technical support from your company. It is the best experience I have had in dealing with a support group. [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted] were extremely knowledgeable, very professional, enthusiastic about helping me and were more thorough than I could have imagined. I am so impressed and will use only your team of professionals and will spread the word. I am so thankful that they fixed all of my problems. Kudos to all of you. Keep up the fantastic work you are doing.

I have been very pleased with the services I have received from First Choice Tech Services.They reset my computer remotely after it became comprimized by malware or viruses. Their ability to repair it remotely was great for me as I did not have to take the computer to Best Buy or Staples and wait for a week or more. Their service has been of top tech quality and integrity and done in a timely manner.

This is one of the best services that I have used. I was able to talk directly to the technician that was servicing my computer. He was able to get it back in the working order that it needed to be. I really enjoyed using 1st Choice Tech Support!!

5/19/2015 Fantastic technical support for either laptop or desktop computers. Had a extremely malignant virus on my brand new (4 hrs old) laptop. The various technicians stayed with it until it was resolved - took 26 hrs. Anytime I called or they called me, took the time to answer my questions (which were numerous) and were extremely professional. I would recommend and will use them again.

All the technicians I spoke with were pleasant, knowledgable and wanted to help.
