I still need your help for this dispute. Western Dental issued me a debt of $110 and I am not sure why.I will go ahead and pay the debt because I don't want any delinquency on my credit. Do you think that is a good idea?What can be done about this? Is this something the Revdex.com can look into and assist me with? I called them last night and they could only tell me it was an outstanding balance with not much information. I can get you the contact information if you need it for the debt collector.

Western Dental Services is in receipt of the complaint filed by a parent of a patient of Western Dental Services ("WDS"). WDS has thoroughly reviewed Ms. [redacted] complaint and WDS has sent her a resolution via email addressing all of her concerns on November 7, 2017.

Western Dental Services (“WDS”) has provided this patient with an itemization of his bill and the information received from his insurance carrier and it appears that the issue is now resolved.

Western Dental Services is in receipt of the complaint filed by a parent of a patient of Western Dental Services ("WDS"). WDS has thoroughly reviewed Ms. [redacted] complaint and WDS has sent her a resolution via email addressing all of her concerns on October 31, 2017.

noted that upon review and adjudication of the claim submitted to the patient’s dental plan it was determined that the patient’s responsibility and treatment costs were greater than the amount originally estimated by the dental office. As a result, the patient share was adjusted and billing statements were mailed to the patient. However, in the interest of patient satisfaction WDS has agreed to honor the originally estimated patient share and accept the monies received to date as payment in full. The patient’s account has been adjusted to zero and her contract is now closed. We sincerely regret any inconvenience that this may have caused the patient. WDS has reached out to the patient directly to provide our resolution to her concerns.

The lady, [redacted] said that the cease and desist letter was enough.  Please refund my 322.00 immediately.  My husband was dissatisfied with this service.  I talked to [redacted] she said the cease and desist letter was enough to issue a refund.  So she is lying to the corporate office. Please again refund my money.  [redacted] was also the one that gave the doctor my number without any prior warning or approval.  Refund my 322.00 please.Attached are the 3 letter I sent them (1) dating May 31st.

[ In the email that was sent to me I was not given any kind of resolution to my problem.  Also in the email sent to me there was something stated about a phase plan I have no idea what you mean by that nothing was explained to me about buying a phase plan. as I stated before I asked for only a space maintainer, and was told that it would be 4,000 with financing and that the 4 front braces for be included at no additional cost. can you guys please work with me on the 1,500 you are trying to charge me for the braces that were  put on. please I can not afford to pay that and I dont feel I should be liable to pay the whole thing. as I told the orthodontic I did not even want the braces at this time the only reason I agreed was cause I was told that it would be included at no additional cost. the day after my son got the braces one of the braces fell off so the work was not even done correctly. its not right that you guys tried to charge me  4,000 for a space maintainer that medical covers and it only cost 190.00 else were and my son does not even need it. please work with me fairly I am a single mother of 2 small children on minimum wage income. can you please work with me I can not pay the 1,500 you guys are charging me for the 4 front braces that was put on I already had to pay to go get the taken off.   ]
