I would like to reject this response made by the business to resolve this complaint as it did not include anything about wanting to have my credit card refunded the amounts they deducted for the deposit for braces and first months payment and amount due for x-raysI asked for this to be done in the
office location after explaining that I am not having his braces completed in that office due to the filthy conditions and hours and hours of wait time and this was never refunded back to my credit card. I have also explained this repeatedly to the reps calling to collect from Western Dental and now the collection agency that they have sent this account to

I JUST CANT BELEIVE THAT western dental is now stating that they never told me that they would try to get some of my billed covered by my *** insurance so then I could get my money backthe plan they offered me was lowered because I was a *** patient and that changed when I gave them my *** insurance but *** needs to get retrained because she gave me information, I would of never given them my *** insurance if it wasn't for ***'s lies making me believe it was for my benefit
*** did not denied payment they just didn't cover all the services, so for what they did cover I should of gotten that money back, they now want to find a loop hole to raise the charges and state that the amount went up and they are now waiving my bills as courtesy is outrageousam very upset and disagree with their way of running their business and how the fool people and turn things into he said she said

I am not interested in getting WDS recommendations or advice as far as treatment goes I have stated in initial complaint I have verified that WDS were trying to up-sell me treatments that I did not need in the past. everything WDS has done from initial contact to, treatment, handling of this complaint etc has been unacceptable. I am very worried and hesitant for my next appointment which is a scheduled cleaning however I do not want to be upsold anything. I find it hard to trust a company who handles themselves in this manner. this complaint was attempted to be closed before it was ever even addressed properlythe ridiculous nonsense with the release form just shows exactly to the Revdex.com what I have been dealing with. I would like this case to remain open at least until my appointment next week as I do not want to find myself trying to re open the case again IF anything were to happen at next visit.

At this point all I need is to get my daughter the services that were agreed to be provided by Western Dental. As I stated in the correspondence via email I am not able to process anymore payment thru my flex account without a statement. The monies are available but they can not be processed thru a third party collection. I set up a flex account specifically for my daughters braces and due to Western Dental billing issue my daughter has had services interrupted 3 times for billing issues.

As previously stated, it is the responsibility of the patient (responsible party) to ensure that timely payments are made. WDS sincerely regrets any customer service that failed to meet Ms. [redacted] expectations. At this time, Ms. String remains financially responsible for the remaining account balance. Upon bringing the account to a current status, the patient may return to continue her orthodontic treatment. Due to complications that can arise when orthodontic appliances remain without the supervision of an orthodontist, the patient is encouraged to return to the dental office for the continued maintenance or the removal of any orthodontic appliances currently in place.
