Atomic Plumbing really came through for us when our regular plumber couldn't get to us on a Holiday weekend They called with regular courtesy calls to let us know when their on-call plumber could make it, and when he arrived, our technician (Sean [redacted] was friendly, well-spoken and knowledgeable He immediately got to work repairing the main water line to our house, removing the broken pipe and fitting, replacing it, and restoring the hole in our yard It was all quick and painless, and now me and the many house guests at our beach house this weekend can take showers again! So yeah, Atomic plumbing rocks, Sean was great, and they'll be our new regular plumber They have cool business cards, too

Although I have a hole in the ceiling and a hole in my bank account, the service was greatVery polite and cleaned up after the job was doneEven wore the booties for cleanliness

[redacted] purchased a truck from an individual (not First National Bank as stated in the complaint) in August and First National Bank of McGregor financed the purchase After the loan documents and title registration papers were signed, the bank was informed by the McLennan County tax office that the truck had “farm” plates that would have to be surrendered before the registration could be completed The bank made numerous efforts to contact [redacted] to request return of the plates to complete the registration [redacted] made no response to our requests Later in 2014, [redacted] decided to sell the truck and requested the title papers to complete the registration The bank delivered the original title and transfer documents to [redacted] trusting he would complete the registration and sell the truck *** [redacted] now claims that the title documents were never delivered to him and that the bank lost the documents The bank has provided all of the documents needed to obtain a lost title to [redacted] and assisted him in every way possible The bank believes it made every effort possible to complete the registration with no cooperation from [redacted] and has now assisted him with obtaining a lost title that the bank did not lose If you should have any additional questions regarding this matter or are needing any additional information, please feel free to contact me [redacted] First National Bank of McGregor [redacted] Mailing Address: [redacted] Phone: ###-###-####

I spoke with Tiffany at Atomic Plumbing concerning a recurring problem with my installation of leaking wax seal in our half bath Note this is the first time I have called Atomic Plumbing Tiffany understood that I wanted to get the problem resolved, and though she had a very busy work schedule, she worked me into the schedule the following day I was very pleased with her attention to the customers concern The following day, Tiffany called and informed me that Jimmy x would be in my area in the next few minutes if that would be okay, which I gladly accepted Jimmy was prompt, evaluated the problem quickly, and had the solution readily available It was not an easy fix as had hoped, however, Jimmy x's experience overcame the problem easily I do recommend Atomic Plumbing for anyone needing help with their plumbing problems, and Atomic Plumbing will remain on our number one company to call in the future
