We had a pipe burst this morning at our business and a plumbing technician, Sean *** came out almost immediately and did an excellent job fixing all that needed to be fixed He was not only very professional as well as highly knowledgeable but also remarkably neat, having to work during business hours I would HIGHLY recommend Atomic from this first experience and we will definitely use them again

Over the past several weeks, Atomic Plumbing has been working hand in hand with me to complete some minor repairs including several change outs of older fixtures The service has been excellent with Deanna coordinating scheduling and Sean arriving on time and ready to tackle the tasks at hand When a toilet that I had ordered from another supplier arrived with damage to the tank, Sean set about resolving the problem He found a local supplier with the necessary part; arranged for delivery and had all installed by the end of the morning Reasonable rates along with reliable delivery of services from a reputable local business make Atomic Plumbing the one to call for quality service

This Saturday morning I called Atomic to see if a plumber could come out and repair my toilet which had two issues. Tiffany was very kind and she stated that I'd get a call soon and that someone would come out today per my request. A half hour later I received a call stating that someone was on his way. James ** was very patient in explaining to me in-depth what my possible issues were with the toilet. He offered several possible solutions. After ascertaining what the issues were he explained what he could do, and asked me what I preferred to do. He treated my wallet and plumbing problems as though they were his own, which I appreciate.
He wore protective footies too. I'm a repeat customer and always will be. It's hard to find dedicated people like James ** and Tiffany who truly care about helping their customers.

On time, explained all possible solutions, very neat, polite and professional.

The service was great. The plumber was courtious and personable. We got a very fast response from the company from the initial call and then the plumber called when he was a half an hour away. He was here about an hour so from the time we called to the time the job was finished was only two hours which I find amazing! We got a fair price and we will definitely do business with this company again if we have other issues. Jimmy was a great guy and wore booties when coming through our house. He was even nice to the dog!
