James x from Atomic Plumbing installed a new toilet in our Power Room. They/he are very pleasant, professional, and efficient. AS always, they did an excellent job. I highly recommend these guys.

Atomic Plumbing came on a Sunday to replace broken water connectors under the kitchen sink. They were very prompt at keeping us informed as to time of arrival and Randy x did a great job.

Tiffany in the office was great - kept me up to date on my appt. Make it easy when they needed to reschedule. Randy C. was very professional and finished the job quickly. Not happy with the cost. I tried to get an estimate over the phone but was not given one. I had the work done since I was going to be charged the 69.00 anyway.
They did a good job, just need to be more upfront on their cost.

From the time I picked up the phone, my concerns and needs were top priority to Atomic Plumbing. Donna, as the controller kept me informed though out the issue. James, the tech. Went above and beyond to fix my plumbing problem. He ROCKED! Took the time to evaluate and devised a plan of attack. I believe that James may have saved my marriage. Thank-you Jimmy for the services of Donna and James. These employees truly show the commitment to customer service and total satisfaction. Your employees are truly the BOMB. THANKS

Very good service at a short notice

I had a shower problem and called Atomic Plumbing for repair. Ryan came and was quick, clean and done the job well. Shower is back working properly. :-)

I was very pleased with the service I received beginning with the customer service person who was helpful and scheduled the service call for the same day to the Tech Eric who showed up on time was pleasant, courteous and completed the work promptly. Will defiantly use in the future when need arises.

Jim [redacted] was friendly, courteous,organized, neat and very professional ! He explained the whole process and presented the estimate for our approval. The installation went smooth and his results were beyond our expectation ! We will be using Atomic Plumbing in the future and will be requesting Mr. [redacted] as our Atomic installer going forward ! Ryan ** provided prompt and efficient service, Problem was diagnosed and resolved within one hour of arrival.

Atomic Plumbing really came through for us when our regular plumber couldn't get to us on a Holiday weekend. They called with regular courtesy calls to let us know when their on-call plumber could make it, and when he arrived, our technician (Sean ** was friendly, well-spoken and knowledgeable. He immediately got to work repairing the main water line to our house, removing the broken pipe and fitting, replacing it, and restoring the hole in our yard. It was all quick and painless, and now me and the many house guests at our beach house this weekend can take showers again! So yeah, Atomic plumbing rocks, Sean was great, and they'll be our new regular plumber. They have cool business cards, too.

Technician Sean x gave me a good breakdown of my options for replacing my water heater. He was polite, personable, and professional. The install went smoothly and he made it all look good (unlike the mess I've made of the rest of my garage).

Love 5 star!!! I usually definitely do not take anyone up when a tour is involved but the properties are just unbeatable. Just came back from sandos cancun luxury experience and I am speachless!!! Thanks customer service you guys are Great.

After trying tirelessly to help my 74 year old dad with a backed up pipe in their home of 42 years, my dad decided that he needed a plumber and needed one fast...he asked me if I knew of any...I did some online research, and have read countless positive reviews on Atomic Plumbing...of course, there's ALWAYS 1 or 2 people that post negative feedback...no matter how great a company is, there's always a handful of crackheads out there that can never be pleased...I was looking for an honest and reputable company and decided that Atomic Plumbing was worth giving a shot...it turns out, my dad...who is VERY old school and cynical of repair men in general, told me after Atomic came out that he was very happy and impressed with them...my dad had a check written out, and when he handed it to [redacted] (Atomic service specialist), [redacted] told him that it was too much...that he gets a senior discount...my dad, was very impressed and told me that if they ever need a plumber, they're calling Atomic.

of Omaha (FNBO), in response to the complaint Ms. [redacted] submitted to the Revdex.com on January 30th 2016. The complaint was received on February 9th 2016. It appears Ms. [redacted] was upset about her interaction with her Loan Originator and expressed concern regarding her Mortgage Credit Certificate ([redacted]). I would like to address each of her concerns individually. The concern surrounding the Mortgage Credit Certificate was brought to our attention on January 29' 2016. Up to that point, we had no indication that the certificate had not been issued as previously arranged. Ms. [redacted]'s Loan Originator immediately made contact with several employees within the bank to find out who could assist in clearing up the delay as quickly as possible. As the certificate is issued by [redacted]) and not by FNBO, we worked directly with [redacted] to determine exactly what was needed to have the [redacted] issued to Ms. [redacted]. By Wednesday, February 3, 2016 the [redacted] was issued by [redacted]. This was confirmed via e-mail to Ms. [redacted] on this same day. Additionally, the [redacted] underwriter notified Ms. [redacted] on February 3,2016, of the [redacted] issue being resolved and the certificate being placed in the mail. Regarding the final interest rate, our records show that Ms. [redacted] originally locked in her interest rate on April 6, 2015 at 3.875% paying .25% discount for a total of $460.75. On April 7, 2015 the rate was relocked at 4.125% with a credit of 1.125% for a total amount of $2,073.38. As Ms. [redacted] did not have sufficient cash to close, the higher rate option with a large discount provided her opportunity to lower the amount of cash required at closing. Ms. [redacted]'s Good Faith Estimate and Settlement Statement will be mail to her under separate cover for her review. In regards to Ms. [redacted]'s interaction with the Loan Originator, we appreciate Ms. [redacted] bringing her concerns to our attention. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and that our service did not meet her expectations. We strive to provide our customers with respectful, friendly service in a timely and thorough manner. We are also committed to making improvements when needed to ensure we treat our customers in a manner that shows we value their business and time. We will use this as a training opportunity for our loan originators. From reviewing the loan file details, our record show the Loan Originator provided multiple Loan Cost Worksheets to Ms. [redacted] for numerous different Loan Programs. The Loan Cost Worksheets were generated in an effort to provide Ms. [redacted] as much information about the different loan options available to her. Additionally, there were multitude of e-mails between Ms. [redacted] and her Loan Originator confirming there were efforts to keep an open line of communication. I called Atomic Plumbing to address a clogged main drain during the weekend. [redacted] showed up within a couple of hours, quickly identified the problem, and got to work. He was able to snake my main drain line quickly and get my house back to functioning properly.
[redacted] was knowledgeable, efficient, and polite to work with. This is the way these calls are supposed to go. I will definitely call Atomic for future plumbing needs and I would be quite pleased if [redacted] was again the technician to show up. Thanks.

James did a great job. He didn't pressure me to get more fixed than I needed, and he let me watch him work and answered any questions I had.

Prompt and reliable service. Showed up on time and fixed the problem on the first visit. No concerns or problems. Would call again.

Quick response to a flooded basement issue. Arrived on time and were most efficient and patient with all of my questions. Very reasonable with the cost. .

The entire process of working with Atomic is simple. From scheduling an appointment to having the work completed I was very pleased with every aspect of working with this company. I was also quite satisfied with the technician, Ryan ** He was very approachable and thorough and quickly provided a solution to my issue. I would not only recommend Atomic, but I would highly recommend Ryan.
