Jim [redacted] was very professional. He respected my home by wearing booties and cleaning up any mess that was made. He showed me all the options that were available and made it easy to understand the process, which was great being that I know nothing about plumbing. I would recommend him and his company to anyone who needed the same services.

Our technician Justin was very informative and friendly. He took the time to explain everything to us and did not mind answering questions. Justin was considerate while working in our house using boot covers taking care not to dirty the carpets.

Thank you James ** and Mylissa from Atomic Plumbing! Our family had an urgent emergency during the weekend with a backed up draining problem in my 93yr. old mother's bathroom. We really didn't know what to do because she has little mobility. Made a call to Mylissa on a Saturday and she quickly was able to send James to the rescue. He knew just what to do and was gone within 30 min. They both were knowledgeable, courteous and very professional! Thank you both and also Atomic Plumbing.

I contacted Atomic Plumbing on October 27, 2016 to request technical assistance in freeing up a stopped up drain in my kitchen sink. On October 28 James [redacted] arrived and went right to work. He first snaked the kitchen drain from the vent on my roof with no luck. he then snaked the drain pipes under the sinks and this was successful in clearing the stopped up,drain. His work was very professional and he made sure that he cleaned up the work area prior to leaving. If I have occasion to need plumbing services in the future I will request the services of James [redacted] from Atomic Plumbing.

Was helped by Ryan today and he did an excellent job. Was very pleased with the work and gave me some friendly advice on the current set-up of our kitchen plumbing. Will use this Company again in the future.

Although I was not experiencing a plumbing emergency I was in need of expert repair. When I called and spoke with the owner, Jim [redacted], he was more than helpful. He was all about me. He asked what could he do to help and when was it most convenient for me. As it turned out it was the same day. Unlike other businesses who work around their schedule Atomic worked with mine. They offer experienced, professional staff and excellent work. From the dispatcher, Tiffany, who was very polite and pleasant on the phone to the technician James ** who took time to explain my problem and offered his expert opinion, Atomic Plumbing and Drain Cleaning is a professional plumbing service and worth the price you pay.

I was very happy with the service I received from Atomic. I called Monday morning with a problem of my downstairs clogged to the point where the toilet, dishwasher, washing machine and kitchen sink could not be used. I requested an afternoon appointment. Randy C came out and took care of the problem quickly. He was professional and informative. I will definitely use Atomic again.

I had a plumbing emergency late a night. Jim from Atomic Plumbing was there quickly and did the job in a very professional and thorough manner.

Jim from Atomic plumbing did a great job fixing our two gas leaks. He came out the same day within an hour of me calling Atomic and took care of the situation promptly. We were worried having a gas leak could be a problem but Jim was able to fix everything for us in a timely manner. He even took some extra steps and checked out our fireplaces to see if they were wasting gas or not. I would highly recommend Atomic plumbing for any of your needs!

Although I have a hole in the ceiling and a hole in my bank account, the service was great. Very polite and cleaned up after the job was done. Even wore the booties for cleanliness.

Excellent service from the first phone call. They sent someone out the same day and I had the problem fixed within hours of calling. Sean x of Atomic Plumbing came out to determine what caused the water main to break. It was in the middle of a tropical storm, yet he was determined to get our water back on and found a tree stump had grown into the water main and punctured the pipe.
He and another worker dug for almost three hours in pouring rain with their raincoats on.
I would highly recommend this Atomic Plumbing.

I had just bought a new refrigerator. A [redacted] salesperson stated that they'd hook it up, however they would not, even though I had paid for it.
I called Atomic Plumbing and within an hour Jimmy P. was here to hook up the water/ice lines. He wore disposable slippers. He was extremely kind and knowledgeable. He didn't mind at all that I asked him questions. He was far more helpful than the place I bought the refrigerator from. He went above and beyond the call of duty in ensuring that the refrigerator worked properly. Atomic is lucky to have him on their team, and I am lucky that Atomic will always be my go-to plumbing company.

Sean D. has done several jobs at my home. He is honest, responsible, and gets the work completed quickly. He is dependable, efficient and does a great job everytime. During the last visit, Sean brought Paul with him. Paul did an awesome job too!
