Scott ** From Atomic plumbing was very capable and courteous. He took care of the problem we had called about as well as other necesssary repairs. We would call atomic again and ask for Scott.

I really appreciate Ryan ** and his thoroughness and knowledge about his work.

[redacted] purchased a truck from an individual (not First National Bank as stated in the complaint) in August 2013 and First National Bank of McGregor financed the purchase.  After the loan documents and title registration papers were signed, the bank was informed by the McLennan County tax...

office that the truck had “farm” plates that would have to be surrendered before the registration could be completed.    The bank made numerous efforts to contact [redacted] to request return of the plates to complete the registration.    [redacted] made no response to our requests.   Later in 2014, [redacted] decided to sell the truck and requested the title papers to complete the registration.  The bank delivered the original title and transfer documents to [redacted] trusting he would complete the registration and sell the truck.  [redacted] now claims that the title documents were never delivered to him and that the bank lost the documents.   The bank has provided all of the documents needed to obtain a lost title to [redacted] and assisted him in every way possible.  The bank believes it made every effort possible to complete the registration with no cooperation from [redacted] and has now assisted him with obtaining a lost title that the bank did not lose.    If you should have any additional questions regarding this matter or are needing any additional information, please feel free to contact me.   [redacted] First National Bank of McGregor [redacted] Mailing Address: [redacted] Phone: ###-###-####

We had faucets in bathrooms and kitchen replaced.
We had tub faucet replaced.
We had the outside spigot repaired to stop dripping.
We had a new toilet installed.
The service is excellent and honest.

Ryan was honest and extremely helpful. Worked through the problem to find the most cost effective way to resolve our drain issue.

Sean ** and assistant performed work in my home on 2/2/2016. They were very professional, explained everything they did, and replaced interior valve and exterior water spigot at my home. Sean and his assistant performed admirably and are a credit to Atomic Plumbing. This is our the third experience with Atomic Plumbing and each time the associates were clean, polite, and very knowledgeable in performing the task required. I would recommend Atomic Plumbing to all who have plumbing problems.

Jim x fixed a leak in my shower faucet by rebuilding the faucets. Very professional, he explained everything required to fix it and completed the job in no time. Very happy and confident with his work. The customer service rep was awesome as well.

Excellent service. Scheduled and re-scheduled on day and date convenient to my schedule. The technician was knowledgeable. He diagnosed, explained and fixed problem promptly. I have used Atomic Plumbing since moving in 10 years ago and am completely satisfied.

I traveled with 5 Star VIP Vacations to Cancun and Costa Rica. It's pretty funny because my wife didn't want to make the purchase, she thought it was too good to be true. We made the purchase in 2011 and they told me if I enjoyed this package they would honor another package at the same price after I took my two vacation's. Well it,s 2014 and I just purchased my 2nd package. This time were going to try the Dominican Republic and Germany. We had a fabulous time on our first vacation's, so I'm very excited about the next. Not only did I save a great deal of money, I traveled VIP. What I truly enjoyed was the fact that there were no hidden cost's when I booked my travel. They were friendly and most importantly they were honest. I've referred several of my friend's through their referral program and received incentive's for doing so. My experience has been an A+ and I'm really looking forward to Germany.

Just wanted to say how it was such a pleasure having JIM in my home very professional and he showed me step by step what he did and I would recommend him and Atomic plumbing too any one.

Review: On two occasions in the past week the bank has over drafted my account. The first time it happened I had deposited a check through online banking and when I called to ask why the deposit didn't prevent my account from over drafting the lady said "Online deposits get lost in space for a day". So they over drafted my account twice that day because they put the highest check through first and then the second check for $20. Then on Monday night I did a night deposit in a night deposit box assuming the next morning they would put the money in my account. I noticed on Wednesday morning they had over drafted my account four times totaling $148 dollars so a week total of $222 in overdraft fees. I called the bank and asked what was going on with my account and a lady said that she would check it out and see if they could get the overdraft fees taken off and she would call me back. I called at 8:38am and by 3:30pm I had not received a call from them. I then called the bank and was transferred to the bank manager who informed me that the policy had changed in April and that night deposits on a check from another bank were no longer available the next morning that it took a day. I told him that I had no idea of this change and was not aware of this new policy. Had I know of this policy I would not have used my debit card and risked over drafting my account. Had they put the transactions through the way I used them my account would have only over drafted once because of this new policy that I was unaware of, but they put the highest through first increasing the chances of over drafting the account. Also one transaction wasn't supposed to go through until 10/24 according the online banking but they pushed it through on the 22nd to create another overdraft. When this bank was Community Bank & Trust I had no issues and now that First National Bank has taken over there is no personal feel and they definitely don't care about anyone but big business.Desired Settlement: I would like them to refund the over draft fees.
