Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: No one from Fitbit has reached out to me- and Im sure all they are going to say is that the best they can do is offer me *** offThat is not acceptableAs you can see the watch is clearly defectiveThe crack in the screen is not a crack- its the screen protector that I have on the fitbit because I do take such care of my fitness products Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am not satisfied with the response (email received) from FitbitIt is the exact same response already receivedIt is not acceptable that Fitbit is knowingly selling a fitness tracker that will fall apart in less than months The warranty does not cover the replacement product they send you (which again falls apart in less than months.) This is consumer fraud plain and simple, there are thousands of consumers like me with this issue and they keep selling a faulty product, this is not an isolated issue and they know it When I spend $dollars on a product, I expect it to last more than months The only thing I would find acceptable is that they replace my Charge with a product that will not fall apart on me after a few months Sincerely, [redacted]
