Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They did not tell me anything different than what I was told initially, they basically apologized for not doing anything for me, they will be replacing the product for the 2nd time in year and some months, the product is defective and the price is ridiculous if the product is defective; I was also told after days the next watch is out of warranty, which I know it will be 4-months before the product starts falling apart Thank you for contacting the company, I believe they are ripping people off and they know their product is defective Sincerely, [redacted]
