I purchased a gift card for my husband and when he went to use it, it didn?t work. Tried to contact customer service 3 times with no reply.

Such a bizarre “company”. Their ads are everywhere on Instagram and *** and they have MILLIONS of followers. Yet, if you pay attention, they only get about 200 likes per post which is literally .008% of their following... Clearly they pay for followers/subscribers in attempt to boost attention and sales. I know I am not the only customer that has been blocked on social media for simply asking questions about our purchase (respectfully) and I also know that they delete comments, as well. The communication is atrocious… because there isn’t any! As for the product itself, it is tasteless (I bought 8 different flavors to genuinely give them a try) and overpriced. Took me months to get my order only because I continued to inquire and was never provided any tracking # or ETA. Overall, just not worth this entire hassle. I would have given it a lower rating if it were possible. Please avoid this place.

I have been trying for an entire week to cancel the subscription I was automatically signed up for. I have tried the chat function and sent 4 emails. Each time I get no response. I was charged again today for another subscription. There is no phone number I can reach them at. *** service.

Never got my order and never got my money back. I been waiting since May. I keep getting Excuses why I haven?t gotten my money back first it was delays. They?re telling me that they?re having computer issues giving a refund. Their customer service is very unprofessional.. when they write back it almost seems like it?s just a computer generated. I can?t find any type of phone numbers to contact them personally. I almost feel like they are a forged company. I do not recommend trying to purchase anything from this company there are a lot of other companies out there that also don?t put any sugar or additives in their products and have much better customer service and are good quality product.

I ordered from here on May 9th. I received an email confirmation and a notice that I should have my order within 10-14 days. On May 26th I contacted them to say I had received ZERO communication about my order. I was never told it was being prepped, shipped, or had been delayed.

Three days passed with again zero communication. It had been twenty days since I had placed the order, and I finally told them to cancel my order if they weren't going to fill it. That was the first time I recieved a response back. They didnt apologize at all, only asked for my order number to cancel. When I complained about the bad customer service, all I got back was an excuse that they were very busy.

On June 26th I was finally refunded my order. It has been a month since I've cancelled my order and nearly two months since I ordered and I'm just now being refunded.

When I placed a bad review on their FaceBook page, they deleted it and blocked me from ever commenting on their page or posts. Talk about shady! If you look at the review process on their webpage, you actually have to submit a "why I love you guys" essay endorsing their product, then they send you the product to pose with for a picture and post your positive review. Those reviews are BOGUS. This place has the worst customer service I've ever experienced, and if you order don't expect your order or your refund anytime within the month.

This company has gotten a bad rap because it was overwhelmed with so many orders. Many people were complaining about not receiving theirs, and I can understand because I was in the same boat. I placed an order for the chef's rack and waited and waited for like a month until finally, I ended up finding them on Instagram and messaging them. I received a response very quickly and he expedited my order. I received it in 3 days. And the spices are DELICIOUS. I don't know if I can go back to using store bought. Put some faith in them.. they're worth the wait.

Do not buy from this company...... They may look awesome. They don't have good customers service. They don't communicate. I ordered my seasoning. I waited a week maybe over a week. Nothing so I canceled. Had keep asking over and over where my refund was. I waited 10 full business days. All they did was cancel my order. I was still being charged on sezzle. I had to put in a dispute. Bad company.

Been nearly 3 weeks since they took my money and no product. No response to several emails as well. This is what we get for wanting to support small or family owned business. No accountability and no recourse. Shame on Flavor god LLC for scamming their customers.

Too bad zero stars is not an option!!! ABSOLUTE FRAUDS!! I HAVE SENT 8 EMAILS AND GOTTEN 8 AUTO RESPONSES. Thank goodness I have an amazing bank that assisted me with disputing this transaction. Ive been blocked online by their company, the one inquiry I made online about my transaction is miraculously gone! Great scam they have going on.

Placed an order on 5/29 after getting bombarded on Instagram with ads, and hearing good reviews in the fitness industry. Website stated processing time would be 10-14 days, which I was fine with. After 15 days, I reached out to get an update and was told it would take a few more days for shipping, at which point I asked for my order to be cancelled. I have emailed a total of 4 times, and magically the order shipped after asking 4 times for a refund. I have since initiated a dispute with my credit card - and they already sided with me, since I have multiple emails to prove that I tried to cancel before the item shipped. All the while, the 70% off ads keep running on Instagram, which they clearly are not equipped to fulfill. Stay far away from this shady company.

I guess I'm lucky, I got my order 6 weeks after I ordered it. I sent numerous emails to their "customer service" and ever got a reply other than the immediate one saying they're experiencing high volume blah blah blah. The products are crap. Garlic is either the 1st or 2nd ingredient in all of their spices (even the bacon one which tastes like onion and garlic, probably because those are the first two ingredients, and it tastes nothing like bacon- seriously even a vegan would know that!) When I commented on their Facebook ad I got blocked and my post deleted. Such horrible business practices. I'm sure their reviews are fake because their spices are mediocre at best and expensive. Since I can't post on their page I shared their ad with my experience warning all of my friends telling them to forward it to their friends to get the word out.

God awful people. Scripted emails. no care in the world. asked BB&T to refund my money. These guys are the WORST by far customer service I've ever come across. They also remove your comments on facebook and block you from posting further comments when you call them out on their crap on their ads.

Not good, NO CUSTOMER service, will not answer emails, recived email indicating items available for shipment, paid up front and that was on 18 May 2020 as of 09 Jun have not received anything from that company....DO NOT DO BUSNESS with them...no stars

I placed my order in April. It is now June and still no product. They claim it's because of Covid19, yet they continually advertise, and without telling people before they order, how long it will take. When you email them, all you get is a generic response saying they'll get back to you. When they finally email you back, still no answers! I finally asked for a refund and they told me I'll get it in a few days...it's almost been two weeks.

Extremely horrible customer service. I am now going to business licensing in Irvine, Ca. to file a complaint.

I am completely disappointed in the service (or lack Thereof) I have received. I placed an order nearly a month ago. I was excited to try his products. I received a following email saying they would take 7-14 (regular) days to ship the products due to the pandemic, which is fair. I waited until I received no further updates and was nearing the 14 days. I emailed twice to check the status with no response. After the 14 days, I emailed at least 3 more times with no response. I have left comments on social media and they have been deleted. I was ignored on all platforms. If you are backed up on emails, how do you have the time to comment to positive reviews all day on Instagram and Facebook?
You can?t be delayed with your shipping AND fail to communicate. At that point, your consumer feels scammed out of their money.
Stop ignoring your emails because if I had received another follow up with a simple explanation, I would have been satisfied. But because I can?t get a response to any emails or dm?s and my comments are removed on social media, I am now upset. I filed a dispute with my bank to remove the charge. Completely disappointed

If I could give them a zero I would. I repeatedly tried to contact them to fix a mistake I made on my order. I initially messaged them through their website within minutes of placing my order. I then sent multiple messages to their email, website, and then Facebook throughout the past few weeks. I finally received my order yesterday (nearly a month after I placed it, which I was totally fine in waiting for, I understand longer wait times right now) and it was wrong. I messaged them again on FB. Couple hours later made a post to their page. They messaged me back simply ?What was wrong with it?!?. Nothing else. They then deleted my post on FB.

DO NOT BUY! I placed an order, was told 7 days to ship. It?s been 3 weeks. There is no customer service, just automated emails, so I can?t find out what is going on with my order. There is no way to cancel your order once it?s placed, which another sign this company is shady. When you comment on their Social Media about your concerns, THEY BLOCK YOU! Please beware of this company!!

I made an order for 9 seasonings early may. Their website it told me it was going to be about four days to get shipped. It took over 4 weeks For him to even message me back. I sent him countless amounts of emails, DM?s, Facebook posts, comments on his Instagram posts. all were ignored or deleted. I finally got a DM back from him and he said he would Expedite my order ?immediately?. Checked every day for five days and it still said ?awaiting shipping?. he lied to get me off his back. The only reason why he shipped it was because I started commenting on all his Instagram posts again. He ended up deleting my comment and shipping out my order that day. I Just got my box and it said ?two day priority shipping? which proves it. The worst part is, family friends and I are still getting sponsored posts from him! If he cannot keep up with his current orders and communication, he shouldn?t be paying for ads and sponsored posts Multiple times a day. He needs to take take care of his current customers before he seeks out more through ads. He finally changed the information on his website that shipping is delayed, but that took multiple weeks. I?ve talked to so many people that I?ve had the same problem as me, it?s pretty disgusting the way their running their business.

If I could rate them a 0 I would. I realize there are delays in shipping but this company is the worst! I cancelled my order long before it was shipped due to non-receipt and no responses to emails. When you email them you get a canned reply saying we will get back to you. They never do! And the only way to contact them is via email. Package arrived today. I will return but then anticipate problems with my refund. Stay away from them!
