Like others have reported, they have TERRIBLE customer support and just automated answers. I ordered my spices based on their well crafted Instagram ads with thousands of likes (which are probably fake) and they literally took my money immediately but gave me absolutely no indication that they may be out of the product. I got a notice weeks later that it may take 10-14 days to get even a tracking number for my order. I'm here because it's past day 14 and they havent even answered my email inquiring about my order. They will not admit when they are out of products or something internal is going on with their company. If thet can't handle the orders then they need to let people know. It seems like they need the money from new customers to catch up with whatever financial situation is going on internally and hoping they don't piss people off too much. Too late. I will dispute this charge and if I can, rally as many people as possible to warn others against this company. People are spending hundreds on a product that promises to be there within 2 weeks. This is theft. I hope lawyers get involved pronto.

I ordered from Flavorgod and have been waiting for weeks for my order. Instead I get emails that they hope to mail my order in 8 to 10 days. I wrote and cancelled my order and told them I wanted a refund and their reply was that my order would be ready to ship in 8 to 10 days. They just send that same email out every few days, but no shipment and no refund.

Hindsight is often 20/20 and in this case, I wish I checked Trustpilot and the Revdex.com before making a purchase. If you look at the contrast between the reviews here and their site/social media, it's clear they remove anything negative. I ordered almost one full month ago and my package still has not shipped. Have followed up four times to their support email with no response. Any comment on social media has been removed, not answered. Any direct message on IG or FB has been replied with a canned response. The automated emails are even worse, the last one I received said it's in stock and ready to ship. That was five business days ago. All this but they have time to post every hour on Instagram. Stay away from this joke of a company, they are clearly over their head.

Really bad shipping out products. I ordered $50 + of seasonings and the website says orders will be processed and shipped out in 1-2 days. I get another email after a week saying that they?re experiencing delays with some of the items and that shipping time will be about 10-12 days. I emailed the company multiple times and wasn?t getting timely responses so I went to their Instagram account and sent them messages and finally they told me that my items will ship out soon and that some of the flavors in my order were not available at the time and that?s why I haven?t gotten any items yet. I told them why not just ship the items that are available and ship the rest when it?s ready. I get another email saying ?good news! your items are shipping out soon? anyways, I get the shipping confirmation finally and my order will arrive in 2 days. Originally placed my order 2/9/20 and it?s supposed to arrive 3/4/20. So expect a month to get your shipment people.

It?s been three weeks and still no Flavor God Seasonings received. I?ve sent emails (since there is no phone number) to contact Flavor God but things have fallen on deaf ears. I?m getting a refund and will never buy another Flavor God seasoning(s).

I started a subscription and it was suppose to be shipped out or at least processed by 2/5/2020. Everyday that I looked at the dates kept changing. So I decided to investigate and placed a regular order. And TADA !! MAGIC!! it was fulfilled and shipped, that was on 2/16/2020. When I look at the subscription on that same day my subscription was charged and said awaiting shipment. It is now 2/28/2020 and it still shows awaiting shipment!! So this tell me they put the orders with no discounts as a priority!! BEWARE!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I have did online chats numerous time and they are completely lazy and have horrible customer service all they kept saying was contact customer service.. Which I thought thats what I was doing.. I truly believe this is a small company based out of someone's kitchen. Which is not the problem my problem is that they are taking money and not delivering product. No emails, call, or texts nothing!! Oh and I have emailed them many time with no response. I forgot to say that. Oops.... But my biggest pet peeve is no communication!! It would be fine if there was backorder I would understand, if they at least communicated with their customers and keep us informed. I love their product but but not the creators of it... So sad !!!

Beware of this company. Ordered product in middle of January and on 22 Feb I still have not received it. Got 1 message returned telling me they were behind because of overwhelming volume and it would be a little delayed. Received a notice on 13 Feb that it would be 1-2 days and shipped. Now, 2 more emails to them have gone unanswered. Will be disputing on my credit card.

I have a very similar experience to others. I placed an order and it has not shipped. They tell me sent me a message about how they are restocking and my order should ship in a few days. I can tell you after a few days it has not shipped. I will be disputing this charge with my bank. I would advise customers to stay away from this company. I would also advice that this company be honest with customers about delivery dates and stock levels. Selling a product you can’t deliver is theft.

Improper billing practices and poor response to customers. Ordered my product over 2 weeks ago and was charged when order was placed. It took 2 emails and 4 Facebook messages and comments to get a response that they were backed up and would ship "the next day" a week later and still nothing. There was no notice of anything being back ordered and it was like pulling teeth to get someone to respond to questions.

Ordered 3 weeks ago. No shipping notices. Tried to contact multiple times with no response. No contact number. Terrible customer service!! Will be filing a claim with my bank with is super annoying that I have to do that.

Wish I could give less than 1 star! I tried to place an order an online. My card was rejected (through no fault of mine) so I figured, alright I just won't order from them. Days later, my card gets charged twice! I had to send 30 emails to just get someone to respond to me and cancel the orders. They SAID that they cancelled them and put in a refund request. They SAID it would take 3-5 business days to receive my refund. It's now been 9 business days and I still have no refund. Going to the bank to dispute charges. Really just pissed off that they'll get to keep the money they've already gotten. DO NOT ORDER FROM FLAVOR GOD!

Placed order never received the items, never received a confirmation or order number. Do not order from this scam!!!! I co tatted my credit card company and they are stopping payment to them. Thus should not be allowed! Close them down!

My complainants are similar to everyone else?s. When I ordered 1-3 day shipping was my only option and I?ve yet to receive my order (that was a week ago) or any email about my order. I placed an order and I can say that I am partially satisfied with their product, but will never order from them again.... I had an issue with one of my products and there is absolutely no contact info for them and when I DM’d them on *** (only form of direct contact) they ignored it and did not reply. Horrible customer service and very shady business practices. I would suggest to anyone - stay far away and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Sorry Flavor God, but I think your dats in business are numbered!

I placed my oder over 10 days ago. My card was charged immediately and I still have no confirmation or shipping information. I called multiple times only to be directly sent to a voicemail box that's full. I've emailed 3 times, emailed on ***, ***, found their Amazon profile and even emailed them through ***, then publicly shamed them on all social media platforms. I finally just filed the charges as fraudulent on my credit card and let *** bully them. Also, flavor god's "business address" is an apartment.

Sadly, my complainants are similar to everyone else’s. When I ordered expedited shipping was my only option (1-3 day shipping) and I’ve yet to receive my order (that was a week ago). Ordered early December, 2019 for Christmas gifts and still haven?t received product. I tried contacting several times with no response. Ironically Flavor God keeps sending specials via email and I constantly see him on Instagram advertising. I will take this up with my CC company for a refund and will never order from them again. Too bad, it is a good product but terrible follow through.

The worst customer support ever. It is actually non-existent because I have emailed them 3 times, tried contacting them through social media, and am still waiting for a response. Paid $10 for priority shipping and still haven't received my product after 2 weeks. It still says "awaiting shipment" when I checked the status of my order.

I?ve never had a more terrible experience than with Flavor God. I placed an order weeks ago and they have not shipped. When I try to contact them, they do not respond. There is no phone number, only an email. I understand if shipments are delayed this time of year, but they should at least be responsive and provide me with updates or at least respond to my inquiries. At this point I don?t know if my orders will ever ship. Buyer beware!

How sad. My review is much like everyone else. I have two pending orders that I placed, one on the 3rd of December and was told on the 9th that one item was back ordered but it would be in within a "few days. It's now the 18th and I have heard nothing. I have emailed to see if by chance the product would be in by Christmas since the spices are gifts but nothing back from Customer Response. I find this completely unacceptable. The product itself is so extremely great so it sucks they would be losing customers because of poor communication. If a flavor is not immediately available, it should say that when you go to order. If I do not hear back from anyone by Friday, I will be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com. I hate to do it because again, the product from this company is fantastic but I will never order from them again solely based on principle. All the examples of fake tracking numbers is appalling.
